Fast honest service

We ordered a wood barn door with a frosted glass center. First of all it was $1600.00 the door and hardware came in with no instructions at all, and smelled like stain. They must of stained the wood on the door after the acid etched glass was in because the glass has stain all around where the glass meets the wood. I called the customer service department and was told somebody will call me back in the afternoon and nobody called me. I am in the commercial construction buisness for 30 years the $1600.00 is definitly on the high side and to see the quality and how the door came in was very disappointing

1. I ordered 2 x Stay Roller Guide but I got just 1. 2. I ordered Pre-Hung door. Vintage top mount has not been attached straight because of that, door has been cracked.
