The barn door and hardware are absolutely stunning! I’m so happy with quality and craftsmanship. Every time I had a question I received some of the best customer service. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

We installed the paneling a couple of days ago. The product was overall good quality. A few pieces had large open knot holes that we had to cut around. The reason for a less than stellar rating is that they sent me a notice that the material had shipped and should be arriving a week later. So I scheduled installation for a couple of days after that. On the scheduled arrival date, no paneling. So I went to track the shipment only to discover it had just shipped that day, a week after they told me it had already been shipped. Don't know why someone thought it would be a good idea to lie about the ship date.

Hello Mr. Barcus, I want to apologize for the inconvenience you had with the shipping. We don't have this happen very often and there must have been a mix up on our end. I can assure you we did not intentionally provide the wrong date of arrival. We are working on a solution to that and appreciate the feed back. Thanks, Artisan Hardware

The quality was excellent on our barn doors. They were exactly as described on the site and exactly what we wanted. I am impressed with the heaviness of the classic hardware. It looks top notch. Delivery was on time as well. Huge thumbs up!

I’m building a new house and installing my first barn door. I had several questions back and forth with Artisian Hardware and they were very responsive and helpful. My contractor recently installed for me and it’s beautiful. Also all the parts were in the box - hooray!
