NO QUALITY CONTROL. Did not meet deadline for expedited production, however, the extra charge was refunded. Did not meet request for expedited shipment and guaranteed delivery date. Did not ship hardware needed to install sliding barn door tracking. When I called for an overnight delivery of all missing hardware, I was told the shop foreman, Davis, was no longer employed there and that the shop was being moved and they were unable to locate my hardware. I am currently requesting a full refund of all hardware charges because I had to cure and buy required hardware via Amazon.Com. They did not send any barn door touch up paint. I was told that they would, let's see if that comes to fruition. The barn doors I purchased although well made and attractive are much heavier than I was led to believe. In fact, for indoor sliding barn doors, they are unnecessarily heavy. I believe that the sales person, Amanda, was trying to be helpful and hope that she will continue to be so by providing a full refund for the company's failure to ship hardware. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and as stated above, the company appears, at least in my case, to have suffered from a severe lack of QUALITY CONTROL !!!

Late on delivery without updates, I had to email, IM and email to receive an update!

its been less than a year and the rubber on the wheels are failing. ill need to replace this for my client...

I received a thousand dollar door with a warp. My claim was submitted with photos. The solution provided was to buy a different type of door guide and not use the groove slot in the bottom of the door. I would like the door replaced since this company prides itself on craftsmanship. I love the door style but this door is not a quality product.

We ordered and paid for an $1800 bathroom door in early May. Six weeks went by with zero communications or otherwise. Website indicated “unfulfilled. I finally call and leave a “voicemail”. Next couple days I start getting phone calls from some shipping company I’ve never heard of. On second or third call (remember, I don’t know who they are) the caller starts threatening something about storage costs, reshipping fees and the like. They eventually just left a 350lb box in front of my garage. Not the best customer experience. Doors look fine so far, not mounted.

Initial order I received 10ea used / damaged 1/2" spacers. This delayed my customers project by several days. Follow on order was better. However, the quality of the spacers received was still less than expected. Holes weren't broached properly leaving them non-concentric. Additionally, the I.D. of the holes were inconsistent, by as much as .025"

I lover your products however your website is pretty bad form earlier today not being able to use about half the links( you would click and it would just refresh the page you were on) to almost None of your product having real descriptions if I didn’t need your product so bad I wouldn’t have shopped with you. honestly it led to a bad miss order due to the fact that different rails and brackets go together but none of them are labeled well enough to get the right thing... over half of what I ordered didn’t work because of the limited specs available. I will say what you have is good quality but getting what you need is Very difficult!

It took almost two months to get my product and when I got it the incorrect thing was shipped, so I'm waiting longer to get the right thing now.
