Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

Very easy website but when we thought we had questions we called and were completely satisfied with their ability to answer our questions

The quality of most of the material was very good except for the following: I paid extra for Stainless Steel hardware and once it arrived I noticed the nuts provided were carbon steel & part of the handle was also carbon steel.

I absolutely loved my door! It is gorgeous! The only downfall was the it arrived with some cracks or stress fractures on one side of the door.

I purchased the flush door handle in black for our barn door. It arrived sooner than expected. The larger size makes it very easy to slide the door. It really is stylish and functional!

Quality products. I LOVE my new barn door in every way. Thank you Josh and Jake at Artisan Hardware for your amazing help!

We purchased an Industrial Barn Door for our bathroom. Originally our door opened up into the bathroom and hit the toilet. Instead of putting in a pocket door that could be costly and messy we decided to go with the barn door. It adds character to our house and I absolutely LOVE it! Artisan Hardware was easy to work with. Their customer service was amazing! They were very helpful in answering any questions that I may of had. These doors are well built and well worth the money. Truly one of a kind and I get many complements!

Excellent service! Amanda was so helpful and courteous.

Great product, very happy with my purchase.
