They provide a good quality product. However, I requested a magnetized chalk board style per sales persons recommendation. It was not magnetized even though notes were added to the order.

Our order was not ready when promised. Shipping information was not supplied until we called repeatedly and requested it. First time working with Artisan Hardware and we were not impressed.

Heavy, quality door, hardware looks good. Arrived in massive wood crate to prevent damage from shipping. I’ll shop with them again

Both the products and customer service have been great. I would use Artisan Hardware again and again for all of my barn door needs.

Overall very happy with the track and rollers!! But, I'm pretty sure that I put in information that the door was 2 1/4" thick and the bolts for mounting that I received were 2 1/4" thick so they would not work and I had to buy new ones.

Ordered and paid for door and hardware July 9, 2018, after repeated calls and emails, received shipment on August 27, 2018. Website stated 3 weeks. Item was crated yet interior contents of metal hardware, fully built mirrored wooden door, and padding were jumbled together in crate. It is a minor miracle that the mirrored door was not broken, scratches from the hardware will need touch up. Hardware received was incorrect. Ordered U roller wall mount guide, received L shape floor mount. Top mount rollers indicate 3-4" wood screws to mount to top of door, but shipping had bolts/washers/nuts for side mount. No wood screws. Door has incorrect mounting hole locations drilled on both top and bottom. Top of door has two pre-drilled holes for one top mount roller in the center of the door. Bottom slotted portion of door has what looks to be 4 properly located pre-drilled holes for both rollers but it happens to be on the bottom of the door and in the slotted guide for an L shape floor mount guide. Despite ordering u shaped roller guide for door bottom, door was slotted for L shape floor mount. Original order requested confirmation that finish of all hardware was all brushed/stainless. Only confirmed via my inbound phone calls 5 weeks after order was placed upon calling to find out why delivery was delayed that all floor guides are black. This is for an all white/brushed silver fixtures bath and all white door purchase. Given the premium pricing on these items, one should expect and get much better shipping, communication, pre-assembly and quality control. I now need to determine whether or not I can make this work by purchasing new hardware locally and touching up this door, or just returning it for a full refund.

1. Shipping carrier took several attempts to deliver and did finally came on the wrong day, when we were not home. 2. installation instructions failed to identify the top side of the wall mount assembly which is offset from the rail that the door rolls on. We installed it upside down and the wheel bolt scrapes along the wall mount, preventing the door from moving. Hours of our time wasted and we now need to buy new wood and re make the wall mount piece. 3. The quality of the materials and the door are very good. It's too bad the instructions did not show how to install the wall mount properly. Or at least instruct the installer that they need to find proper instructions on-line.
