The hardware was exactly as advertised & arrived in the timeframe we were given when we ordered. It wasn't cheap, but it was what we needed for our Victorian barn door. I would definitely order from Artisian Hardware again.

The quality looks good however my ladder did not come with written directions. The team sent a video on installing a barn door but my contractor doesn’t want to install it because there are no true directions. Your team said they would walk them through it which is nice but I wish that you would have directions. It would have avoided confusion. I think the ladder will be great once it’s installed.
