Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

Top quality products.

We ordered hardware for a custom built barn door that weighs well over 200 lbs. The quality of the hardware is outstanding. We added the nylon wheels and the door is completely silent when moving. I was amazed at how easily the door moved as well. I was painting the edge of the door and just barely touching the paint brush bristles to the edge of the door caused it to move. The customer service was also excellent. I had never hung one of these doors before and had lots of questions. Josh at Artisan was great, very patient and answered all my questions promptly.

The website was easy to use, and the product arrived when expected! I LOVE MY BARN DOOR!!!

delivery of the door was a little odd. we live in a condo and the guy who delivered it didn't want to take it up to our place. I had to find people in our building to get the door.

shipping well done without any damage. quality of materials excellent. all parts received with original order.

I needed barn door hardware and was able to walk in, tell the sales person what I needed and walk out with the product in hand. Best service ever!

WOW! What a great experience I had planning and ordering my Barn Door from Artisan Hardware. The company is amazing and after receiving my Barn Door I know they make the best Barn Doors and Hardware available anywhere. It’s really obvious with the outstanding selection of door designs, hardware and finishes you’re able to choose from. Everything is artistic, creative, and top notch. My Barn Door is completely custom made to my exact measurements (something not possible in catalogs or at big box stores) and well made and built. Thanks to everyone at Artisan Hardware who had a part in creating my Barn Door. It’s exactly what I wanted and everyone, myself included, absolutely loves it. I’m happy and proud that I could support a “brick and mortar” company whose products are manufactured entirely in the USA! NOTE: Don’t miss ordering your Barn Door “Pre-Hung” (I paid $150). The door comes entirely assembled, mounted and ready to install in minutes. Trust me your contractor will thank you!

The barn door and hardware are excellent, exactly what we wanted. It looks incredible. Only issue we had was with delivery. Paid extra money for lift gate service and door was left lying at the end of the driveway. Garage was only 20 feet away and there was a chance of rain. My 120 pound girlfriend and her 50 pound son had to take it out of the crate, put it on a blanket and pull it into the garage before it rained because I was at work and shouldn’t have to take a day off for a delivery.
