Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

Great product. Sturdy and works perfectly on our sliding interior barn door.

Our experience with Artisan Hardware has been very positive in almost every regard. The sales team was very helpful with sizing and color selection and provided examples as requested. While the assembly and shipping of our custom door did require about a month, the final product was amazing. Guidance along the way to confirm the guide rail positioning and sizing was invaluable; once the door arrived, pre-assembled, we were ready to install immediately. Josh (sales) was great to work with and Davis was so helpful on the final delivery logistics. Our only reservation and feedback relates the local shipping company used in the Bay Area. They were extremely disorganized, provided varying delivery details (depending on who we talked to), were ultimately unwilling to deliver our residence which required that I borrow a truck and manage that process on my own. Again, Josh and Artisan Hardware were great to work with and offered a sound resolution in the end.

Our Barn Door exceeded our expectations! The door is not only excellent quality, but it is stunning and it truly completes the room! My husband installed it with ease and it looks amazing. We hit a bump in the road during delivery, but our Sales Rep, Davis Hanson was extremely helpful & accomodating and more than made up for the (third-party) delivery company’s error. 5 Stars for Excellent Quality & Excellent Customer Service!

Outstanding products and attentive, professional customer service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! A wonderful experience on the telephone to shipment delivered. Beautiful hardware at a very reasonable price with fast shipping. Makes my barn door look even more awesome!

Our order was delivered in good condition, all present and correct. However, we cannot review the hardware because we have not yet installed the hardware, mostly due to an unending stream of emails requesting that we review it.

Ordered custom Cabinet Hardware for our Camper Van. Quality products, easy installation instructions, and great resources. I have recommended the product to a couple friends already.

Amazing quality, super easy website to place an order and competitive pricing!
