2 Complaints: 1. One of the brackets with the roller wheel was not installed properly. My friend and I had to take the bracket off, re-drill the holes, and re-position the bracket so we could hang the door. 2. The delivery of the door seems to always take longer than their website advertises. Website says 3-4 weeks, actually took 6 weeks. (this was our 2nd door purchase, the first one took 5 weeks)
