Our installer commented that our hardware made the install the easiest of the several he had done I wanted to be sure that hw could support a heavy door. It does and it looks great.

Very good quality product, however, installation instructions are only good to follow if you buy the door from Artisan Hardware. If you are using your own door, do not follow these instructions otherwise you will drill holes in the wrong place in your door ( take it from me). Instructions should include a caution at the top about using your own door. I was also sent spacers that didn't fit over the lag bolts, according to Artisan staff, they got a bad batch, but they immediately sent me replacements. The bolts which attach the wheels onto the door seemed a bit long and stuck out the backside of my door, a little close to the wall and actually hit the trim around the door ( this was a retrofit over an existing doorway) so I had to cut about a half inch off each of 4 bolts, cutting them flush with the hanger hardware on the backside of the door. The staff was very accommodating and top notch, but if you are replacing an existing door with a barn door, ignore the instructions, and unfortunately, you will have to "wing-it".
