As a contractor we order a lot of materials. I was really disappointed with Artisan Hardware! I order the door on September 17 and it didn’t arrive until the beginning of November. Their website says 2-3 weeks for Doors... I also ordered the door to be primed white, off their website but I received a natural wood unprimed door which now will add more to the cost to paint it. Almost $800 for the door and put my job behind schedule and over budget... I will have to take my future busy somewhere else

We apologize that you didn't get your order on time. Our lead time was a bit behind since going into the holiday season. We have since changed our lead time on our website. We don't prime our doors white, but I don't seem to see any notes of that in your order. Sorry for the miscommunication. If you call in we would be more than happy to help make this right. We definitely don't want you to be unhappy with your experience. Call us at 801-698-2641.

It took almost two months to get my product and when I got it the incorrect thing was shipped, so I'm waiting longer to get the right thing now.
