We are having issues with our new Rheem HVAC, installed April 2026. It appears to be a minor problem with condensation leaking at the base of the indoor unit. The system works great, very efficient, but the leak is still an issue even after 3 visits from ARS techs. That being said, each tech was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and explained what they were doing. Each tech knew what had been done prior and tried a new approach. We are confident that this problem will be resolved.

A/C is working well now, Very Thankful during this HOT Summer weather. Your Techs were thorough, courteous and helpful. Thank You very much.

Everyone I have dealt with at ARS has been great. They are professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They don't try to upsell you; they give you all of the information, options, and recommendations and leave it up to you to decide. They take the time to explain the work performed and answer any questions. No pressure.

I purchased a new hot water heater and heating system 1 year ago and an air conditioner 2 years ago. I was having trouble with my system and I didn't have any hot water and I had flooding. When I called for service I was told they do not service hot water heaters any longer and my contract said I have a 6 year warranty. They refused to come out. I was able to reach another company who fixed the issue. Vinyl Tubing was replaced. ARS never replaced the original Tubing when they put in my new systems. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
