Installed NEW HVAC system in April 1st 2026. June broke down went 4 days with no air. fixed it and 2 weeks later it broke down AGAIN same part waited 7 days to be fixed!! Have not done what was promised when I bought the unit!!! And are still refusing to do it!!! Would not use again!!!

Price gouging, aggresive sales tactics. Water heater costs $588.00 installation $3000.00! Unlicensed plumbing installers that work under the company's license. Asked the installer how he checked for gas leaks after he was done and he said "A Bic lighter works well" said he had to buy his own tools, no formal training either. ARS did furnish him a billboard truck though (-: Don't walk away from this company...RUN!!!

Our AC stopped working 4 days ago, due to the compressor which this was the second time it happened and replaced the parts. We called to set up an appointment - they said the next day between 4-8pm, 8 o'clock came still waiting and we got a phone call said we had to reschedule for the following day between 12 to 2pm, I had to take the day off from work that day so I can be home. He showed up the next day at 2 ish he worked at it for 45 minutes. We got charged for $730!! For what? We said we are under lifetime warranty for parts so it should be free just pay the labor!!! Well he said that was the labor! Are you kidding me?? We were with this company for almost at least 20 years we bought the system from them and each year for maintenance and they were good and trusted them. But these passed few years been having really bad experiences after purchasing a water heater from them 4 years ago((canceled appointments and overcharged. So we are looking for other company out there that can be trusted. Any recommendations?

First things First, the installation team looks very unprofessional. No uniform, not groom look like a background check warranted... Just to be safe, I'm allowing them in my home. Installing a new furnace in a space that needed to be cleaned out First after removal .of the old furnace wasn't done at all... Was that in the training at all. Saturday, the installation took place by Monday. The lines are back up, and the furnace is constantly running, trying to drain itself, I called the main office and was told someone will call and set a appointment Tuesday no time given. Me and my wife both work so I cut the furnace off from the fuse box. We spent that night with no air conditioning and noticed all the little screws all over the kitchen floor. I spent over 14 thousand to miss a day of work with no A/C

Excellent Service

Good service helped out as quick as possible getting and installing a new blower motor. Just makes a little more noise than what I expected but is working. Just want to Thank Them because of me being on oxygen and needing ac.
