Used estimate to compare with roof quote received today. Both very close, so served the purpose well.

Thank you, Jim! I'm very happy to hear that our site provided you a valuable experience.

RoofHero provided very fast and suitable service. The platform is very user-friendly, and it connected me with the most qualified general contractor for our roof replacement. I was very happy to have met JJ.Contracting, a professional roofing company, through the platform. JJ and his team helped me obtain the best service and insurance compensation in the most efficient way. I highly recommend RoofHero if you need similar services. I have also tried other similar platforms, but I think RoofHero is second to none in this field.

Thanks so much for the kind review, Mike! Glad you had a great experience seeing transparent pricing online with RoofHero and the recommended contractor that installed your new roof.

Very disappointing experience. I paid in advance for roofing services, but after taking the money, David did not show up as agreed and stopped responding to communication. There was no follow-through on the work, no clear explanation, and no effort to resolve the situation. This caused delays and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious, avoid upfront payments without safeguards, and ensure everything is documented before proceeding.

We've flagged this review as not being related to roofhero.com. You may be confusing our business with a roofing contractor in TX, related to the domain, myroofhero.com. Please remove the review. Roofhero.com does not offer roofing services as described in this review, and never collects payment from homeowners. It offers free online estimates to homeowners in need of a roof replacement. Also, no one named "David" works for roofhero.com.

RoofHero is honest, transparent, and trustworthy. I have been using them for 8 months and I have to say it has been a breath of fresh air receiving high quality roofing leads for my business. No contracts or monthly fees like other lead gen sites. The pay per lead model with a toggle switch to turn on or off leads where YOU set the price for not just bids, but for your roofing prices as well, is flipping the script on the industry and protecting both the homeowner and the contractor. I highly recommend RoofHero far above any other. Thank you for being so good to me!

Rigo was great and up front. Haven't gotten the project started yet so we'll see how the rest goes. Customer service is on point, we shall see if the Roof installation matches.

I didnt like the quote sent to my phone. The guy called and with silvernail and was asking about the quote. I said hey I didnt like his quote and told him good bye. He calls me up all upset saying he doesnt appreciate how rude I was. I do t think I was very rude. I was shirt and to the point. I guess she didnt like that he could get his word in. He was upset said he pays good money to get these leads from the website I submitted my info on. I guess it was a bad idea but figured I would try roofhero. Not a fan. Especially when a contractor calls me up infuriated because I turned down his service immediately and called me rude.

Not very many estimates from roofers 1

Hi Dennis - our site explains clearly that we very intentionally connect you with only one roofer. This creates a more streamlined experience where homeowners aren't receiving phone calls from multiple companies after submitting their information. Thank you for your feedback and thanks for using RoofHero.
