I was given the history of the company in full but not much toward the hvac issues. I was not able to go into business with ARS Rescue Rooter at the end of the day because I was being charged over for the work they offered. I don’t have overwhelming feelings negative or positive but I didn’t like that they tried to take the discount off. That price was not discounted for the ductwork that would have been completed but either way; see you down the line maybe!

The job was not finished. They were suppose to return to chance a breaker switch from 60 watts to 50 watts and repair damage done to attic entrance, it didnt happen.

The price to clear the garage floor drain was way to high. Other than that I was satisfied with the service.

Each time the techs would come to do scheduled maintenance, they would release some coolant when they connect and remove the hoses during testing. The unit is only 5 years old and after the last ten times they were here doing maintenance, I was told I needed more coolant, so I was forced to pay $317 and it was the techs who were responsible for releasing the coolant, not a failure of the AC. I believe this could be considered an upcharge. Please advise. Thank you.

I have had good experiences with ARS in the past, but I was disappointed this time. I called as a follow up to an issue I had in February, which ARS helped me address. I was therefore disappointed that the plumber arrived unprepared, without a snake camera or a suffioiently large snake to clear my blocked drain. The visit was a waste of both of our time. I contacted another plumber to fix the issue.

The tech was professional, and assessed the problem in the first 10 min on site. The parts replaced cost less than $100 and the service fee was $69. The labor for what amounted to less than a 40 min fix was $911.

I wanted to have a surge protector put on the air conditioner, but I don’t think it was ever installed. Also, I’ve received no paperwork on the air conditioner. The sales person said the installers would bring, but they never did.

Clerks at Lowe’s did not explain possible contact with installation team so I came home with a water heater, and installer arrived with a comparable machine. Email regarding inspection should be accompanied by a personal phone call to assist in the process of scheduling a date.
