I like the product overall very much, however.... The few things that I would improve would be the as follows...Blue holder has come apart from pull plug ring part at the bottom on a few of these. Replacement holders were sent free, so not a major thing, but messy. Speaking of messy, not the best way to fasten the refill to the plug in part, prone to leaking, albeit slightly. Maybe a battery operated version could be developed to lose the unappealing and unsightly cord. Lastly, the wall mounting clip...awkward...if you ever have a need to remove can be a pain on an uneven wall. Customer service was great and very helpful in assistance.

Fast shipping. Smells great. You should make home dispensers that can be operated by an app/ phone. That you be amazing.

Love the fast service! I did however order a scent that was awful! Venetian prior 2015! Do not order this scent!! Smells like an old lady’s cheap perfume! Needs to be discontinued ASAP! Nobu scent was amazing and I will order that again!
