Unbelievable customer service, with response times to concerns or questions about anything. Nice people and great company.

Loved the reed diffuser! Smelt just like a hotel

Ordered the SLS scent trial and it was wonderful can’t wait to order diffusers and oil. Wish it was a little less expensive but oh well, it’s worth it!

Excellent and best service ever! They follow up- they ask questions- they care- and that’s why I do and wi continue to work with them! Thank you 🙏

Love the smell of our favorite hotels in my own home!! So happy and pleased with the quality and service I receive from Aroma Retail! I love you guys!

We stopped in on our way home back to california. The staff was super nice! My dog loved it there. We tried out lots of scents and ended up buying the home diffuser. Its hanging up in our place now and i have to say it is by far and away the best home purchase i think ive ever made. Ive already gone through and thrown away our old diffusers. You all are so talented, and you have a new customer for life!

Always the best customer service! Can’t wait for the holidays to try the yummy smelling fragrances.
