The scents are nice, the machine is pretty terrible and so very expensive for the quality. I can’t get mine to work on any set schedule and it just runs continuously. The app doesn’t work well either. I trashed it and bought a diffuser for thirty dollars that works much so much better. I do still use the oils I purchased.

This is my second machine from aroma retail. The first one was problem free. Loved it and it quit working after four seasons. Felt we got our moneys worth. Enter second machine. Fancy app feature. This hasn’t worked well since we got it. I tried reaching out to the company and got the standard FAQs response. As of now my husband is having to use a drill to remove the back to get the cap that’s stuck in the machine out. The refill bottle has fallen apart. Once I use up this expensive oil I’ll be looking further a new solution. Waste of money and time.

Bought the aroma machine and lasted under 6 months. Fragrances are nice but the machine is junk.

The scents are good and everything seems great except for one major flaw. Over and over again the machine fails to keep the time correct. This is a basic function of any piece of technology and is simply and easily accomplished by anything with a microprocessor or microcontroller. But for some reason my Aroma Retail Scent diffuser always sets its time to something other than the actual time. This is critical for a device that as a basic function is supposed to run on a schedule and particularly if you have connected it to your HVAC system and need to synchronize with your fan settings. I have had my diffuser for a few months and this is an ongoing issue that they seem unable to correct. I am guessing they hired their somewhat smart 13 year-old nephew or something to do their software. Time to hire a real technical expert to fix this extremely basic issue.

Smells like a cheap car freshener to me. I’m pretty sure it’s just there to mask the cigarette smoke.

Initially, it was great and I was excited to have it. I purchased the unit that covers 2000 ft. Sadly after having it for 3 months or so, we no longer smell it. I’ve even asked guests who come over and they agreed. They can’t smell it either. I was hoping differently because I wanted to buy the unit that gets installed but changed my mind.

These luxury fragrances can most times be subjective and personal to preference, which is why they may be weak to your sense of smell and strong to others'. Can we try and help you find a new scent? I really wish it were higher. Spent $70 on two candles and an infuser. Smelled good, but not really close the the hotels they were supposed to smell like. And not nearly strong enough. I expected it to be like when you walk into a Vegas hotel, and wham, you smell it. Oh well.
