I got the three pack, Spectrum, Astronus 10 and Oud Oberon and on first application they all smelled a bit "chemically" for want of a better word and also very similar. I will edit this review in the next 12 hours if things change for the better. Thanks.

I’m not sure if I just got a faulty unit, I only smell the scent when I’m right in front of it, I come from outside and don’t smell it. I had it running at 70% already and the noise is another that I have yet to get used to, I can only imagine my guest wondering what that hissing sound is.

I absolutely love the scent but my travel system whitin a couple days the bottom peeled off and it leaks even if it’s set up straight where it doesn’t move.

Machines are difficult to program and scent refills are extremely overpriced. Purchased two professional machines. They’re now in storage. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Kevin, we are sorry that you find our machines hard to program. We are always available if you have questions about setting up the machines, you just need to reach out via phone or email!

Device is pricey and noisy but I love the scents! Watched a video on setup- it was easy. The device itself is very low tech- it feels lightweight & made out of cheap plastic. The design of inserting the blue bottle upside down is a delicate balancing act or you’ll spill oil all out the front of the device!! I liked the scents I ordered but they do die down over time & I have to increase the intensity in the device. There are better machines out there!! Not sure that I’d recommend the oil & definitely not the machine!

Thank you for your feedback, Kelley. We have plenty of other product you can get to enjoy our fragrances, our Travel Unit and our Professional Unit are a little more quiet than our Home Unit 101 machine!

Surprise brokerage fees led to higher than expected total after machine arrived. Explanation was clear but only offered alternative actions possible for future orders, no rectifications on order placed. Reply to Aroma Retail’s reply: Hello, My apologies for the confusion in order numbers. To be clear and fair, the most recent one did not incur any fees because I did ship it to the US and then forward it to Canada, as it was one of your suggestions when I originally reached out in 2020, for my first order. That order direct to Canada was the one I incurred extra fees. I did reach out at that time but as mentioned the only solution offered was alternative methods for future purchases, which I followed this time in 2021.

Hi Mark. The shipping address you listed is in Georgia USA and there should be no broker fees. Moreover, you purchased the Home Machine in 2020 but the order number you gave is from June 2021. I am sorry that both of us were not aware of whatever extra cost you were charged, next time please contact us directly so we at least have the opportunity to help.
