Their products are the best! It’s safe to say I’m an addict!!!

My service was great nonetheless, I was not able to receive a email response from Christina after I was instructed to do so on my initial phone call. Being a upcoming business I did not see this as a negative but did my due diligence and called a week later and Rebecca answered and she filled in all the Q & A's to my total satisfaction. In our conversation I asked if there would be any Independence Day discounts on any of the merchandise and although unsure as it was in June when I asked Rebecca provided me a discount code (10% off) which was good. In further conversations I mentioned I was a military veteran and Rebecca informed me that her husband was also military and there was a discount code for 15%. Although I couldn't get the 15% code to accept in the check out page on line however, I was able to use the 10% code and with the savings of the discount (it paid for the shipping and I was able to purchase 5 blotters of other scents). Despite the long answer to this service review for service. Instead of responding awesome, fantastic, good, etc. I would say "it felt right" Meaning, I felt on the phone as if I was speaking with Rebecca face to face. No sales pitches just two individuals having a conversation about an item while shopping in a brick and mortar store. I don't want to leave out Rosa who was the first employee I spoke to on my initial call, she too was welcoming and helpful although she was filling in on the phones during a team meeting. I have called back several times for questions and despite not purchasing I didn't or haven't felt rushed to end the conversation. Although nearly all reviews, and I probably read each one several times mentioned Christina helped them. I know Christina is the CEO however, Rebecca could of fooled me if I didn't already know. Thumbs up up!!! Fragrance chosen was Lowe's bright sunshine along with 101 home diffuser. I haven't visited the hotel so I didn't have an expectation other than what I read from other reviewers and knowing it's a signature type of fragrance. Due to our Covid-19 situation the invingerating fragrance was only shared by household members. Being said, we usually have a routine that you can't wait to get home to see your loved ones, eat a fabulous meal, watch a TV show or sporting event, or just unwind R&R. Well, the first several weeks our household members could wait to get home to get a wiff of the fragrance of Lowe's bright Sunshine and bask in ambience of the fragrance of Lowe's bright Sunshine. The 101 home diffuser was great at dispersing the fragrance but like other reviewers, i too believe it could be equipped with wifi as most every device you purchase is including toothbrushes and vacuum cleaners for laughing out loud. Because we don't come home at a set time daily the wifi function would have sealed the deal. With the savings from my discount code I purchased a wifi outlet and set the 101 diffuser at its its highest run time percentage and controlled the scent machine to come on 15 minutes before arriving home via my wifi outlet I plugged the 101 diffuser into. I am totally pleased. Lastly, the sound of the 101 diffuser when running isn't a big turn off to me personally however, I can see that others using in private areas (bedrooms or study areas) can say it's a bit too much sound. I am into meditation and I find the hissing sound to be very similar to white noise and we know white noise is therapeutic. In addition I purchase a set of Reed deffuser in a different scent Caesars palace "the empire" which too is a awesome scent however please make note, once you get the wift of fragrance from the method in which the 101 diffuser fills a area the Reed diffusers will seem like something is wrong with the reeds. This is not a negative blow to the Reed diffusers but a testimonial to how superb the 101 diffuser disperses the fragrance in your area of choice within seconds on turning on. Try 101 diffuser if you want FRAGRANCE!

Ordered and came in when it said it would, got 2 of them one for home and one for the office. They are working great.

I am in love with this scent. I ordered the Asian Garden and am so happy with it. It takes such a little amount to really impact your home and completely transform it. Its really magical. I already have samples on the way to try more scents!!

Sold...the moment we experienced the fragrances in the resorts around Cancun, Mexico! Rome and I were amazed at the consistent level of each refreshing scent as we visited various resorts! Because I'm definitely a lover of beautiful smells...I had to have it!!!

Will say that this is beyond amazing anyone can make their homes smell like a hotel anywhere. I do however wish there was cologne/parfumes that were available. I would likely go broke buying them. Hint hint Christine!!
