Went to purchase an item from this site and they charged my card for $1197. Likely all the 5 star reviews are fake stay far away and do not purchase from them.

Let's set the record straight. First: we did not charge your card $1,197—or any amount. Your transaction was declined because you did not complete the required 3D Secure (3DS) verification process. Second: we clearly disclose at checkout that our transactions are processed through a Mexican bank and that U.S. dollars are converted into Mexican pesos (MXN). Third: you attempted to purchase 100g of powder for $65 USD, which converted to 1,197.30 Mexican pesos on October 20, 2026, the date of your unsuccessful transaction. The amount you saw was in pesos, not U.S. dollars. You can easily verify the currency conversion yourself, gemini is free. Lastly: we already explained all of this to you directly and even provided a screenshot of the declined transaction clearly showing the amount of $65 USD. We take customer concerns seriously, but accusing our business of charging $1,197 and suggesting that our five-star reviews are fake, despite having received an explanation and supporting evidence, is both inaccurate and unfair. We welcome honest reviews, including criticism, but we believe those reviews should be based on facts. No $1,197 charge occurred, and your $65 transaction was never completed.
