Absolutely incredible company! I ordered the Cosmopolitan scent from the post-2017 era and it is 100% faithful to the real thing. I’m in my apartment in Paris and it genuinely feels like I have the Cosmopolitan right next to me. Amazing product. Thanks again ! Btw from Vegas to Paris shipping was well done and fast. So I don’t agree with others negative reviews.

I recently purchased the professional machine and so far everything is good. I want to comment about their support. When I first setup the machine I skipped a step by mistake and had trouble saving the schedule in the app. I called for support. This is the only company that I have ever called and had a human answer the call in two rings. Not only did a human answer the phone but they were able to resolve my issue without transferring my call or putting me on hold. That experience right there has made me a customer for life!!!

Absolutely Love Aroma Retail! I recommend to everyone. I have several minis that I keep in vehicles and one in my bedroom along with the biggest machine the offer to vent throughout my house. I’m obsessed with Black Orchid scent and Empire. I’ve always been able to call the company directly with any questions such as changing the scent for my monthly subscriptions. I will also put them above Aroma360 because I’m able to control my machine through the app and customer service has always been helpful.

I have my professional machine for almost 3 years. I have called customer service a number of time to ask questions when something went wrong. Working with customer service was great. They were very helpful, at some point they did not know what was wrong. They replaced my unit within a week. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to scent their home.

This company is an example to follow. First, the quality of the products: I ordered a bottle of Vanilla Breeze fragrance and the quality of the fragrance was beyond all my expectations. The scent is rich but not overpowering, it is intense with lots of different nuances. The quality stays the same over time: it simply is the best fragrance I have ever owned and would buy any other fragrance with my eyes (and nose!) closed only based on description, even if I can’t try it beforehand. Secondly, the customer care representative is simply the nicest person ever! I tried to get a coupon for a small discount by signing up to their newsletter but the coupon never made it through my inbox. I contacted them and they were so sorry about it (probably not even their fault!!) and gave me access to an alternative coupon straight away. We stayed in contact until they were sure I successfully received my order and it felt like they really cared about their customers. Finally, special mention to the packaging which was impeccable: I was a bit worried about the shipment from Las Vegas to Oxfordshire but the bottle made it completely fine without any damage. A massive congrats to them: from their products to their kindness, they simply made my day!!

I ordered the professional today after speaking with the most intelligent, articulate ladies about the professional. Brittany and Marie were just amazing to work with. I'm told after ordering today, Wednesday, I received confirmation the unit will be here in two days. I'm going to connect the unit to my hvac, per the video, and will post an update after running it through it's paces. TY for all your support and patience.

I just bought the smaller 2000sq foot machine for our distillery with Asian gardens scent. The retail area of the distillery is 1000sq feet..on only 5% the smell is a very nice level with a richness that is hard to describe. On 15% it was so strong it over powers the senses ..phenomenal.. in 15% and the windows open its like walking up to the Luxor and getting that beautiful blast of scent 200 feet from the doors...and it's no different we can smell it easily 150feet in the yard. Customers in just the few days it's been in walk in and go omg it smells amazing in here..what is this smell and where do I buy it.!. Missing Vegas with everything that has been going on ,it's wonderful to have a slice of Luxor at work. Follow the directions ..it works as advertised.😍

I searched a long time before I decided on an aroma diffuser. Varied from price design and reviews. I received my Aroma Retail device about a week ago and it is by far one of the single best purchases that I have made for myself. It was so easy to set-up and use. I highly recommend this brand. Love the customer service as well.
