I bought the 101 home unit. Overall, shipping was fast and instructions were pretty straightforward. Fragrance smells just just like Marriott hotels’ fragrance but the BIG flaw is the STRENGTH. Even at 80% I have to literally walk in front of the machine to get a whiff of the fragrance. It seems to have been over diluted. Please work on the strength of your fragrances. I was going to purchase the PROFESSIONAL HVAC unit, but I will be holding off on that.

Thank you for your honest review. Scheduling issues can lead to the machine not diffusing to its maximum strength, so please reach out to is directly if you have concerns! We do have some scents that are stronger than others, so we can always give you suggestions! [email protected]

Scents are great. Descriptions of scents are accurate. A friend made me aware of how each Vegas casino has different scents. It's been fun bringing those scents home. Products are well packaged; protected but not excessive packing materials.

Thank you for your review. Our reed diffusers are designed for small spaces such as a bathroom or closet. You are going to get the best scent coverage with one of our diffusion machines!
