Beware!! This product is a $300 piece of junk. For the price I was expecting a quality product made from aluminum or other metal. Instead, I received a flimsy plastic cheap looking device. It stopped working after maybe 3 weeks. Their customer service is VERY understanding as they immediately try to upsell you a better device and a monthly contract for their scents. Before I even said a word, I was given a $1000+ quote that would resolve my problem. I now waiting for a replacement, but not expecting anything better.

I purchased a mini 360 and a scent in May. Now, it is September and my unit started making a HORRIBLE noise. I clean my unit once a month as suggested and it still makes the noise. Contacted the company, and I was outside the 90 day window and they said I was being given the opportunity to purchase the latest and newest launch for $150.00. Are you kidding me? I subscribed to a subscription and pay for the scents each month and I have to buy a new unit because you know there is a problem with the one you launched previously. Lots of complaints like mine. All you have to do is google it. Horrible customer service.

I tried to return the box of "Luxury scents" I ordered. I only like one out of 5. They wouldn't allow a return or refund or a replacement . NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

Buyer beware!!! My aroma 360 mini stopped working after 94 days and company wouldn't replace because it fell outside the 90 day warranty...really!!! $250 piece of junk!!! Horrible company!!!

Scam I ordered one unit had issues on first use. Then went to upgrade and was offered a subscription oil package which refunded the cost of the new unit I agreed still have not received unit called the vip number given to me and it went right to a Verizon wireless number not in service message tried calling support. Tried emailing support i apparently have 30 days to cancel but 0 response from company

Damien from shark tank should not be advertising for this scam company. Damien you should research a company before you endorse it since a bad company also damages your reputation.

This is the first time that I want to rate someone a ZERO! What a horrible experience. I have a shop pay and I was only browsing when 2 items were purchased by an error. I called the company within 2 min and I was assured the mistake work be cancelled. Within the next 10 min I got a phone call that my order was being processed so this was the second person I told that was an error and it’s being cancelled. The next day I still do not see the cancellation email so I called and spoke to the same person as the day before that assured me once again there was no issues , order was being cancelled. By day 3 order got shipped. Now I was really upset as I talk to 3 different people to correct the error asap. Man name David on the phone that I talked to originally told me that he is not cancelling department and hung up on me. I was charged 3000 dollars and was expecting delivery for scenting equipment for a hotel not home because that’s how large it was. I contacted the BBB with complaint of scam and I am in the middle of contacting the fraudulent department as this company needs to be taught a lesson. You don’t treat your clients this way. My order should have been cancelled and I would order form them the item that fit my home. However now , I will never buy one thing from this scamming company.
