If I could get a zero star I would! I was talked into the larger diffuser and the VIP concierge program with a 30 day free trial. I didn’t need the larger diffuser, and returned it. Now the company is stating they never received the diffuser and will not cancel my account. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Very bad experience
I don’t know how I fell into this trap; this is the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with. The wait time to speak with their "VIP" department is hours long.
They never deliver products on time, it’s always at the end of the month, even though they’ve already taken the money from my account by the 5th of each month. On top of that, they shortchange you on the product; when they don’t have the 500 ml bottle, they send smaller, separate containers that never add up to the total amount agreed upon.
I’ve been dealing with this headache for months. I strongly advise against subscribing, they are an absolute disaster. I can’t even imagine how they manage to stay in business while operating so poorly.

Cannot contact customer service for resolution
My commitment ended with this company, yet their "VIP" portal shows I have a shipment showing up in January and I just received one a couple of weeks ago. I cannot submit an account change via portal (it just spins and then times out), i cannot submit an email or support ticket because it does not recognize that I was/am a customer, and I cannot chat with someone. I have tried emails, but it points me to this terrible, nonfunctioning website.
I have not regretted a purchase more than this in a very long time.

Good diffuser. Appalling service. Twenty days without the correct oil.
A good diffuser does not excuse appalling customer service. My Aroma360 Museum Collection diffuser works beautifully. Unfortunately, the company behind it has delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My oil shipments have arrived late every single month, leaving me without oil. Most recently, Aroma360 charged me for three months’ worth of oil and sent the wrong oils. I have now gone more than 20 days without the correct oil to use my machine.
Here is what trying to resolve this has involved:
• Nine calls to their “VIP” and “concierge” lines in 20 days.
• More than six hours on hold.
• Not one conversation with a human being.
• Multiple emails, texts, and messages through their portal.
• Absolutely no response—not even an acknowledgment.
Calling this “VIP” or “concierge” service is insulting. Those titles mean nothing when a paying customer cannot reach anyone, get an answer, or have an incorrect order corrected.
I understand that mistakes happen. How a company responds is what matters. Twenty days of silence after repeated attempts to resolve a problem is an unacceptable failure of basic customer service. I should not have to spend hours chasing a company to receive the correct products I have already paid for.
I have now contacted an attorney, written to and spoken with the Better Business Bureau, and submitted a complaint to the Illinois Attorney General’s office. These are steps I have taken because ordinary attempts to get help have gone nowhere.
The most frustrating part is that Aroma360 has a good product. But a beautifully functioning diffuser is useless when the company fails to supply the correct oil and then ignores every attempt to resolve the issue. The charges are real. The customer service, in my experience, is nonexistent.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Before committing to a system and recurring oil purchases, consider what happens when something goes wrong. In my case, it has meant paying, waiting, calling, writing, and being completely ignored.
One star is more than this customer service deserves. Aroma360 has lost my trust and my recommendation.

Horrible support
Horrible support. They automate the run around. You cannot get to a person. You fill out forms )that don’t work on mobile) and wait. Eventually you get an automated email response asking you to jump through more hoops. Then when you submit their answers, pictures, proof of issue you get the same automated email back. The diffuser leaked. It doesn’t work and they will not send a replacement. Run away. Do not buy from these useless corrupt robots.

Been a VIP member for 2.5 years
Been a VIP member for 2.5 years. Own a Van Gogh and a DaVinci and they both had to be replaced. Scents are lovely but lately, past 2 shipments they’ve been largely out of stock. The worst is that not only is it difficult to reach customer service but, they don’t even have the courtesy to send an email when they show your oils (for the next 3 months) have been shipped and provide you a tracking number, to find out, 10 days later that they sent a tester perfume instead and the oils haven’t been shipped because they’re out of stock. How can this type of disrespect be acceptable to customers that pay into their membership every month to not even have the decency to email when you’re expecting your oils and they’re out of stock? Instead, I have to spend half hour chasing this tracking number and another hour trying to reach them on the phone just to get the “sorry we’re out of stock” line.. I love the scents but who cares when they don’t have them lately so you can’t get them anyway but instead they lead you down this rabbit hole.
So upset with this, not worth continuing the membership. This is beyond acceptable in my book of decency.

Can't keep any oils in stock
I've had this machine for a little over a year now and at first it was good and this year I've had nothing but issues with getting oils delivered to me. I don't even get an email stating the scent I want is out of stock, they just never deliver until I reach out and get a response DAYS later! I am being told only 3 out of the 119 scents they have are available. That is the most ridiculous thing especially because I'm a "VIP" member that pays $109 for this machine and can't even get the scent I want. I went to the store closest to me and asked them if I can just pick up from the store each month and they said Corporate wouldn't allow that. UM... I'm paying and they can't even ship my bottle! This has become the biggest waste of money! DO NOT BUY!
