Months after being charged for an item I didn't receive, I got an email about a new order. I didn't place an order, so I opened the email. MY INFO WAS LISTED FOR THE BILLING INFORMATION for another customers order in another state. I immediately emailed them, they didn't do anything and shipped the order out. They DO NOT SECURE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION. Do Not give them any of your personal information as their own customer database is not secure and they billed me and shipped to someone else. How does that happen in 2023??? Terrible company.

They have no customer service!! I wish I would have read all these reviews before purchasing the big unit that goes connected to my A/c. I spent a lot of money to receive the worst customer service. I’ve had the unit for 2.5 years and it just stopped working. I had to request a new purchase to have someone call me right away, but for customer service the answer is always, someone will email you in 24-48 hours! Worst investment ever! I should have stuck to buying candles from Bath and Body works!

BY FAR THE WORST. I started off thinking this would be a great way to scent my home. Until I tried to contact them for a simple scent change to my subscription. They referred me to a link when I tried to access chat. The link took me to a site that only tried to sell me more. They did not reply to Email, Chat or Phone (I could not find a phone number). It is as though I am at their mercy once I trust them with my business. I am now fighting to get out of the subscription and trying to return the device. I've experienced enough with this company to know that I want nothing to do with them anymore.

DO NOT buy unless you are wealthy with a/c and all windows closed!! Not recommended to use in Hawaii. I received mini360 with no scent, the sent a a replacement at no charge after another month. No scent comes out, customer service is terrible.

Last May 2023 I ordered a mini diffuser and several bottles of fragrances to ship to my daughter for her birthday. The order was to be delivered to her home address. However, it was damaged in shipment and dropped off at the local post office instead because the liquid fragrance was leaking inside the package. The post office put it in a bag to contain the leakage. My daughter received a notice from the post office that she had a package. She went to the post office where she was told she could either accept it or reject the damaged leaking package and the post office would return it to the shipper's warehouse. She rejected it, and it was sent back to Aroma 360. However, Aroma 360 refuses to issue a credit of more than $650.00 for the order. Their tracking number clearly proves that their order (damaged in shipment) was not delivered, but they refuse to issue a credit. Their customer service department is a nightmare to deal with. I called them several times only to be kept holding for more than 40 minutes and got disconnected. I received a call from someone (Felix) with their company, but he could barely speak English. He was rude and argumentative. Don't order from this company.

I bought the hourglass diffuser. I cannot smell any fragrance unless I put my nose up to it. I expected this product to work as they promised it would.

I received the Davinci 360 with missing parts including the magnetic key and required tubing. I signed a three-year contract for $99.00 per month. I want to return the unit I gave notice to both the finance company and aroma360 that I wanted to cancel the service. I would rate it a one rating
