AVOID Aroma360 - this has been such a nightmare and time intensive to try to resolve....... they bait and switch you into higher cost items and subscriptions! Customer Service is non existent! From a premium product, you expect better service. On August 19, 2023 I placed an order in the amount of $478.40 which included a mystery item $15, 25KMagic oil 50mL $38.47, My Way oil 50mL $38.47, the DaVinici360 $486.46, Aroma360 Gift Card $50 value for $20. The online advertisement, product specifications and dimension section for DaVinci model stated that the scent would last a month. After I placed the order for the DaVinci model, the website advertised the accompanying oils to purchase, they were 50mL size. The following day on August 20th I received a call from Aroma360 (786-730-7130), the rep told me that the 50mL size I bought would only last a week in the machine, that the machine requires the 200mL size. I asked why the website recommended to 50mL size and she said she didn't know. She told me that she could offer to upgrade me to a "VIP Subscription" which would include the 200mL size. I let her know on that call that I wanted to cancel the order and requested a full refund, to include the giftcard that I purchased since I bought that with the intention to use on their products, without the machine I didn't need that gift card. (it was a gimmick to get $50 credit for $20 - so I bought it). The lady said that she would put in the request to cancel but that no-one would see it until Monday. I sent an email to their customer service that same day8/20/23 requesting that they stop shipment and cancel my order. On Monday I called Aroma 360 to confirm that the order was canceled and they said it already shipped and for me to return it when it arrives. The item arrived on 8/23/23, i went online to print a return label and the website says that I am responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I called them back again, I was told that they would email me a return label. I have never received that. I have tried to call and email multiple times since 8/23/23 with no response. I would like them to refund the entire purchase price of $478.40

TERRIBLE product and terrible customer service!!!!! I have purchased three Aroma360 mini diffusers, and they are not cheap! They work for a few months and then they just quit for no reason. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

My diffuser work very well for about 3 weeks. Out of no where it stopped working. Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing this product. Listen to our reviews. BUYER BEWARE product is no good!

Bought the mini 360, after 2 months it does not work and I can not get any help from the company Aroma360 Basically the company had no customer service and more then that they just suck as a company, I have spent over 2000 dollars with them and can get no customer service

worst company out there hands down. customer service is a joke. been trying to replace my diffuser since june that did not work for one day. they continued to send me the oils despite requesting they get paused. they received my diffuser over 8 days ago and still have not marked it as received in their system. I wish I could get every penny back i spent. at the very least, i wish they were honest and did what they say the would

the customer service is nonexistent. when you return defective item they keep the lifetime warranty on an item you no longer have. they keep 30% of your expenditure. they need lessons from Amazon on how to treat customers and not alienate them forever. i would not recommend them for anything. to say i am thoroughly disappointed with this company.

Despite spending a considerable amount of money on Aroma360, I am disappointed to say that the products did not meet my expectations. Despite reaching out to their customer support team via phone, Facebook, and text, I did not receive any helpful assistance. Despite being promised a call from their tech support team, I never received one. Additionally, the products themselves did not work as intended, resulting in oil being spilled everywhere and ultimately rendering them useless.

I purchased an aroma diffuser from Aroma360, expecting a quality product from a reputable company. Sadly, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The diffuser arrived faulty, making an odd sound and failing to work as advertised. I reached out to their customer service via live chat, and after following their instructions to send videos of the defective product, I was told to schedule a call with their technical team. I did as instructed and scheduled a call for August 15 at 2 PM PST, but no one called me, nor did I receive an email link to join a call. Frustrated, I reached back out to their live chat support. An agent named Keiburt responded but offered no help at all. Mid-conversation, he completely abandoned our chat and left my issue unresolved. I've now reported them to the BBB. The sheer lack of responsibility and complete disregard for customer service from Aroma360 is shocking. I would advise potential buyers to consider other options; save your money and your time, and avoid this company at all costs.
