I had stopped my automatic refills. They kept sending me more bottles. As of today I have a total of 37 phone calls and texts to pay for the auto shipping which I have cancelled. I’m considering. Getting an attorney to sue for all calls and texts as they have been harassing me now for months.

I made the order after seeing this product for a few months now. Right after placing the order, I received a couple phones calls right away from the company trying to upsale my order. I spoke with a very nice gentleman for a good amount of time and while he was confirming my new upgraded ordered, I did my own research on the company. The company was rated poorly on here and BBB. I immediately told the gentleman what I found and that I felt uncomfortable with going forward with the upsale. He was understanding. I then called the company’s customer service line and unlike all the reviews I have seen, I was almost immediately connected with an agent. She canceled my whole order and subscription right away. I am giving an honest review of my experience even though I did not go through with the actual delivery of the item. I want to try their product but due to the past reviews, I am untrusting at the moment.

I was a customer since 2020. I LOVED the way the diffusers made my home smell. Everyone commented how awesome my home smelled. 3 of my friends also became clients in 2022. My experience with the company in 20/21 is so vastly different than now. I used to think they were very professional, never had a problem with the equipment etc. It was always on the pricier side but well worth the cost. Unfortunately, after 4 years my two smaller diffusers burned out so I upgraded to the larger Michaelangelo. Found out after buying it took a different style bottle. No problem, bought the propod bottle. Seems the company figured out a way to make a non refillable bottle so you need a new one each time, not very environmentally friendly. I still had larger bottles of oil from my last diffusers which let you refill when needed. Even still was excited to try my new diffuser. Purchased it when it went on sale in May but didn't open and use it until August. To my dismay the product did not work! It has power but scenting starts and stops after 15 seconds of scenting! Didn't matter what selection on the remote. The remote was also cheapened to low, med, or high. The older small diffusers remote offered timer, percentage of scent etc. Called support, got a helpful person who agreed to let me swap for a new one. Sent old back, got new in a few days which I was so happy and pleased! Plugged in replacement..bummer same thing happened! Scenting starts and turns off! Looks a liitle beat up too, prob received a returned one that had same issue. Called support back to inform them, they flipped me to customer service who flipped me to sales who tried getting me to sign up for the VIP program. Did some research found a news broadcast about how shady this is! Thank goodness I declined, rep was very abrupt and said well nothing I can do for you. So I spent about $500.00 and the product doesn't work! So disappointed. This company used to be well run and proffesional. Now it's scammed and cheapened. Any company the charges for high end products wants their loyal customer base happy, that isn't the case anymore. Great scents, make the home smell wonderful but diffusers are cheaply made now and they don't go above and beyond to make it right. Not sure what my next step will be but definitely not doing the 3000.00 VIP plan.

I bought two Aroma 360 minis and have been pleased with the results . I love the My Way scent and had the 30 ml that came with the diffuser .. so for my recurring order I placed an order for a 500 ml thinking that this would last me months and use it for both diffusers … when I opened the bottle there was no scent of the My Way , it has a very faint floral note to it .. Nevertheless I tried to contact them for the next steps … I want to return this product and get what I paid for … still waiting for response …
