I guess I dodged a bullet! I placed an order and from the beginning of the order to making it I was happy till a problem came up! I contacted them to tell them the problem and sent about dozen emails and support request! Never got back to me so I had no choice to send the order back as soon as it came refuse delivery! I believe that when u spend that kind of money on someone products and an issue comes up it should be addressed and fixed no matter what The company has to do! Blow me off and kept blowing me off so, sent IT BACK! Like I said dodge a bullet on an over $200 dollar order! You can’t have an high end business and treat the customers like trash after u get their money! Dont order from this company if the bad terrible customer service isn’t enough apparently their products are not to work right! When someone spends that kinda of money you take care of them! That’s what is wrong in this country right now! Businesses JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE AFTER THEY GET THE MONEY! You make it right with someone you have a customer for life! Or at least that’s how I feel!

I do not recommend the mini diffuser or any of the products. The product has no longevity. It worked well for first 2 months then I had it replaced. The second unit lasted a little longer and then again it stopped diffusing. I have an ongoing subscription for 50 dollars a month. Instead of replacing the item for minimal cost to them, their solution was for me to pay to have the diffuser shipped back and then they would send me a used device. The worst customer service, cheap product do not waste your money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Helps to call support if you speak Spanish, otherwise can't understand them. Won't issue a refund for a defective unit!

Customer service sucks. Aroma 360 is a fraud. The only thing they are good at is take your money,sell you products but when you have concerns, issues they are nowhere to be found. They will keep putting you on hold, tell you someone will call you back but they never do. I will never recommend Aroma 360 to anyone. This is a disgrace.

I want to do my review with this company, they sell a product that is good, it is also expensive and one expects better customer service when it comes out defective, I like the diffuser and it only worked well for 5 months, I wrote to them thinking that it had a warranty and they explained to me that the It is only for 3 months, they give me an offer to buy a new one and I have been trying to buy from them for several days with that offer without results, it is not respectful with our clients, I wanted to buy a new one, it seems to me it is not ethical or respectful, thank you

The devices, other than the minis, are expensive so you're making a big commitment to the company being reliable and in business for a long time. Some online reviews depict the company as new and a little unreliable but I took a chance and purchased a $700 van Gogh model that covers 1800 square feet. Technical support takes some time to schedule but they know what they're talking about. So far, so good. My big concern is that you have to use Aroma360 scent. And Aroma 360 monopolizes the market on Aroma360 scent. The issue? The cost of a 500ml of My Way scent increased 14% from August to October. Is this a runaway inflation-priced product, a product that you have to buy to run the expensive machine you bought from Aroma360? Here's why I gave them a low rating. When I posed this question in their website rating and question section it got deleted from the website (I presume be cause it had a rating below three and they have ZERO ratings below three among the 12,000 posted--for real?) and I got no response from the question posed to them about this. They're being evasive and this should make anyone nervous about this company's integrity. I'd like to be proven wrong and will gladly give this product a higher rating but for now I'm scratching my head and wondering if I've signed up for a bit of a scheme.

I've never gone into an Aroma360 store, visited their website, or provided them with my cell phone #, yet, I'm getting SPAM TEXTS twice a day! They are obviously desperate for customers. Texts coming from 786-652-27** or 28** - **last two digits are different each time. I will be reporting this to the FCC, Better Business Bureau and Comsumer Affairs. I would never shop with such a disreputable company! If you're getting SPAM from this company, please report them so we can cause them to be fined accordingly.
