Waste of money. Spent alot on the diffuser and within a couple of uses it stopped misting/diffusing scent. Contacted the company and they agreed to send another. Few days later I received a USED diffuser! Apparently these things have a lifespan of 3000 hours so why would they send me a used one when I paid for a NEW that broke after a few times? I'm beyond pissed and would rather get my money back at this point

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE MERCHANDISE THEY TRY TO FORCE CUSTOMERS TO SIGN UP TO PAY A MONTHLY COST FOR 36 months!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES basically tell you that the products are BAD!!! That’s why they force you to sign up for 36 months BS!!!!! Please shop ELSEWHERE! I’ve been trying to get assistance for a month now!!

My diffuser which I spent 200 on broke with in 3 months. I was told that they could no longer help with a replacement as their 90 day warranty expired. I was told the only thing they would do for me is sell me another unit for 10% off. I continued to complain 17 more times and guess what - now they offered 20% off. Wow. This company SUCKS! Way to not stand behind the product.

I've had my unit for 9 months and it's broken twice. Trying to reach someone in customer service is hard. They insist you make an appointment and they don't call at the time you agreed upon. I have to keep emailing them to get status updates with no reply. I'm questioning why I keep bothering.

Beware!!!! I bought Aroma 360 wireless. Order #A696643 and A676909. It DOES NOT WORK! I have been trying to get a refund or exchange for over 2 weeks going on 3. I now find out that you must use the PRO-PODS, however, it says patent pending. They don't sell the pro-pods yet. Plus when you purchase the wireless Aroma 360 it takes you to scents and I thought what showed up would work in the unit. I spent additional 80 bucks on the scents, only to find out it is not the pods (which they don't have) the scents i bought DOES NOT work in my unit. I'm very frustrated. PLUS now, they say I cannot return it. Do I need a lawyer? Any help would be great.

Stay Away. They have two stores in Florida and they also sell under ebay account AROMA COLLECTION Store and luxscent-collection. I specifically emailed them on ebay and asked are you the same store / seller as aroma360 and they said yes. Their ebay prices ARE MUCH BETTER. Then I started asking questions like which store do I pick it up at and they said not their Boca or Miami store but some unknown location in Fort Lauderdale. I must have asked too many questions that when I tried to make a pucrchase on ebay I got blocked from making a purchase. Just buyer beware, something shady is up with this seller

I bought the plugin aroma360 and died after 4 months. It worked well for the first two months and then lost scent. I got suckered into buying the wireless aroma 360 and you can barely smell the scent. The subscription is also dangerous as it ships out super fast at full price. This is a money suck for a low quality product. awesome idea if it worked at an affordable price with good service. steer clear of this company. Damien, you are a con artist.

I have gone thru 4 THATS RIGHT 4 360 mini in 16 months. I bought 2 and with in 6 month broke. They replaced them and 6 months later broke again but they do not replace replacements. HORRIBLE quality diffusers but when they work its nice but NO WORTH THE MONEY !!!
