I first purchased the mini diffusers from Hotel Collection in 2021 for around $150 each. At first they worked as advertised and smelled great. Then they stopped working. The diffusers would turn on but it wouldn’t release any scent. Around a year later I reached out to support and they offered to let me purchase two news one for a discounted price (also, FYI retail price for the diffusers has almost doubled since 2021). The two new diffusers did not work. Customer service and tech support are so extremely useless and deserve their own separate post. I was then sent two “replacements” from Aroma 360. Those don’t work either and the company won’t give me a refund or replacement. Then, like an idiot, I decided to buy the new wireless diffuser thinking that since it’s a newer model it might actually work…. And it doesn’t work. Customer service told me I probably just need a new bottle of oil - took them a month to send me a new one - and of course it still doesn’t work. Luckily I am able to return this one for my money back… but I can’t believe I have gone through 7 or 8 of these things and they just don’t work!! I have wasted so much money. I just can’t believe that they market this luxury product for such a high price point and it legit doesn’t work… just junk! Don’t buy it!

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST customer service and product experience in my life. Period. From the delivery of the Aroma 360 Hotel Collection diffuser, to the emails, phone calls, and customer service (lack thereof), I’m embarrassed for this company. Horrific experience, all the way around! No brochure or user guide, the wrong remote control, a faulty product, deceiving/lying customer service reps, and getting charged 4x the amount I was supposed to- it’s been an awful experience, in every way. Never again. Warming: do not purchase!!!!!!!

I have spent almost $600 with these people, they keep giving the run around, the hourglass diffuser ruined my dresser, leaked and left rings on it, and the pro scent wireless dispenser, doesn't work! All their advertising shows a mist spewing out the top, NOT!! I put it in a small bathroom, on high for 3 days, and still you could not smell nothing! I have begged for my money back 2 months, still no reply how to return it, and they keep giving me the run around! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Tried one call Pura, they are great, they work! And much more affordable.

I have emailed the Governor about this joke of a company. There practices are or should be illegal. It’s a SCAM

The worst company ever. I purchased the Davinci 360 before Christmas and when it arrived, I was unable to use the magnetic key card, called and spoke with Alex, stayed on a face time call with him for about 45 mins to "show" me how to use the key card, it didn't work, another key card was overnighted supposedly but came 2 days later, called Alex back key card still didn't work, another Davinci was sent out with a magnetic key card which did not work, this is now Jan 9, 2024. Called Alex back and he brushed me off to customer service. Spoke with Harrol and he appeared to be uninterested. Asked to speak with a manager, and he stated that there were none available. 2 mins after the call Harrol sends me a "form" letter to discuss our conversation and thanking me for calling in. Worst company ever, false advertising, and does not stand by their product.

I received my 1st order for a scent. Unfortunately, I did not like it at all. I contacted their customer service group and asked about exchanging it. The customer service rep informed me only "unopened" items can be exchanged. So tell me this...how the hell can anyone know if they like/dislike something WITHOUT opening the package? Absolutely not a customer friendly policy.

Bought 3 for Xmas Gifts. They arrived AFTER Xmas. took 3-1/2 weeks almost a month for them to respond to my emails. (no phone numbers available) I went with Aroma 360 because I saw an advertisement about Aroma 360 backed by Damien Williams from Shark Tank. I thought to my self "he's not going to allow photos of him backing a company that has horrible customer service and Most of All Junk Diffuser's, I suppose he has a reputation to uphold. Very upsetting. I regret ever clicking on this company's web page. EVF

I am totally blown away at the downfall of this company. I purchased from them over 6 months ago and the customer service was amazing! Now. they reached out to me with a total scam that I fell for. One key thing the fast talker said is you have 30 days to cancel! I am trying to do that now!!! Scam, Scam, Scam
