I was looking at buying this for my home and filled out the info on the site and within 2 minutes started getting phone calls from these people! As well as text messages! I had to block them. I wouldn’t buy from them now if they said they would give it to me. I’ll buy when I’m ready I don’t need to be harassed!

In my opinion, company is so dishonest. Do not buy from them. I ordered online and they immediately called saying they were gonn cancel that order and move me to a whole house diffuser. After much explanation, I finally got them to fulfill my original order. In spite, they held the order for a couple weeks and did not ship it and it never made it for Christmas, even though I ordered it at least 3 weeks prior. They literally harassed me to death to change my order. Save yourself this. Steer clear of this scam.

I would leave zero stars, if possible. This company is a total sham. BAD and inconsistent Customer Service. They totally disappeared when I mentioned that I couldn’t find a scent that I like. VERY weird experience all together. It took me nine weeks to get closure on my account. A waste of time all together and I had very good intentions on making this diffuser & scent work.

I dont even have to buy this to see exactly what it is. It's a money grab for marketing materials! They have fake reviews on their site with the same, obviously written by someone in marketing, reviews under different names!!! No company has 100% 5 stars with hundreds of reviews and this isn't even a good fake effort! I won't buy this product if it came for free, there would be a catch!

The diffuser broke after 5 months so I cancelled my subscription they just continue to charge my card even after assuring me the subscription was cancelled. They sent me 1 ( one) label to return they told me the label had expired. DO NOT BUY

My wireless diffuser arrived a couple of days ago and so far I’m really happy with it. However, when it arrived the oil had leaked in the box and half the bottle was empty. I emailed their customer service and Vanessa emailed me back within minutes to offer a replacement bottle, no questions asked. 5* customer service so far. I haven’t had the product long enough to vouch for the reviews above but I’m hoping it works well for a long time.

Horrible customer service. They are girighn and you can’t understand them. Ever two minutes after a question she had to me on hold to get the answers. It only worked after the initial setup. After i put the first refill in both my units never started working again. Such a waste of tim and money.
