I wish I would have red this reviews before siging up for this scam! The only way for you to trial this is by suscribing for scent delivery. As I wasnt ready to continue with the suscription I tried to Cancel it to my surprise that it doesnt allow you to do it online. They ask you to chat with a represetative or call, I firts tried the chat and altough it stated I had to wait 8 minutes to be assited, 45 minutes later tehre was no one to chat with. I then decided to call the number and after long holds I reached one agent, she then went on to try to ask me many quetsions but I cut her off asking her to just cancel, she then said she needed to reachoout to some Loyalty program agent for that, after again another long hold, she comes back with another agent who tried to upsell but again I cut him off and once I shouted over the phone demanding to cancel my suscription it seems he finally did. I will ahev to check later on and make sure it's true. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

I would give them negative stars if i could. This business charged me for a subscription for 3 months after i originally canceled. I would reach out to their customer service (no existent) and would be assured that my subscription had been canceled and then a week or so later i would receive an email that i was charged again and had product coming. The product they kept sending me was an oil which the scent makes me nauseous. I told them i don't want it, i will send it back and i want a refund. Not only did it take a long time to get a shipping label, they only refunded me for ONE oil and wouldn't reimburse for tax or shipping even though they are the ones who screwed up over and over & i have the emails to prove it. I'm still waiting on a reimbursement but they fought me via paypal when i tried to get my money back. They are a total nightmare of a company to deal with. Go with one of the million other choices & save yourself the hassle and being overcharged for oil. I should have listened to the other negative reviews.

I have had my Aroma 360 a year and thing humming so loud you can hear it outside.Stay away from this company these things are junk.If you look inside you see made in China.

Buyer beware. I've purchased 3 units from Aroma360 and multiple scents, so I have sufficient experience to provide an accurate review. First off, the scents are pretty good. A lot of misses but you'll most likely find some you like. Secondly, the equipment is so-so. The entry level units are not for any serious applications and just a way for them to get your info so they can pitch you on their expensive options. Even if you're okay with that, thing you need to be aware of is their predatory billing practices. If you are going to order anything from them EVER, make sure you use a virtual card that you can cancel. After every purchase, be ready for them to call you so they can try to convince you that you bought the wrong items and need their VIP program (a scam to lock you into a 3 year contract) If you manage to avoid that, like I luckily did, and just buy a system full price, they'll still put your oils on a recurring subscription and you cannot cancel it without contacting them. Then, when you contact them they'll delay and delay, switch agents multiple times and act like they don't have your previous conversations, try to sell you alternative subscriptions, then if you refuse THEY'LL SIMPLY JUST STOP ANSWERING you and then continue to bill you anyways. Your only option is to cancel your card. As long as you understand all of these caveats and want your house to smell pretty good, then go for it.

In August 2023 I purchased 2 Mini360 SL - Black x 2 along with fragrances to go with them. By January 2024, the vacuum caused by the machines to atomize the fragrance oils cause the seals (white) to become sucked into the bottles containing the oils in pieces. I contacted Aroma 360 to replace the seals, and was informed, no spare parts were available and the units were redesigned and my only option was to replace the units with a "New Design". That new design was a closed oil system where the additional fragrance oils I bought in my original purchase would no longer be useful and I needed to purchase new ones. I am in the production business of products and fully know Aroma 360 knew when they sold me the units in August, the redesign was coming, but made no mention of it to sell off basically unusable, defective, units being replace by complete redesigns in early 2024. When I contacted them they were so kind as to offer me the new units with new fragrances in redesigned fragrance bottles at half price. This company has no ethics or morals and would pee on grandmas leg and tell her it's raining! Go to Amazon and purchase a $25.00 atomizing cold mist diffuser and add your own fragrance oils. You will save hundreds of dollars and actually get way more fragrance into your rooms / homes. This company is crap!

I purchased 3 aroma 360 mini diffusers. I was initially very happy because true to their word. My house smelled like a hotel. However, one by one they malfunctioned. One stopped diffusing. The other two started making a loud buzzing noise. When I contacted the company. My only option was to purchase the new wireless one at a discount. I had only had them a few months. I was told only the larger ones have a one year warranty. The mini only has a ninety day warranty. I spent over seven hundred dollars on diffusers and fragrance. I purchased one wireless diffuser, for which the fragrance bottles do not fit. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

If I could give this company a big FAT ZERO I would. This company is filled with deception and lies, and you MUST read the VERY fine lines. Shame on Daymond John for associating himself with this company. I called and talked to sales person who said everything is guaranteed with 100% money back in 30 days. This was fine until I read the reviews and saw how bad the company is. I called my sales person immediately. After getting passed around to 3 different departments (they do this to delay the return for 30 days until the customer is no longer eligible for the return) and many many emails, the cancellation was approved. I never received any products, and No one said that there is a $278.00 charge regardless of if you keep or return the equipment. They say you signed for it, so watch out. This company seems to survive on charging unsuspecting people these bogus fees in the fine lines. They scream that they have a 30 day return policy but they don't. What a scam!

I WAS TALKING TO A JESUS I WILL REPORT THIS MAN I ASK SEVERAL TIME TO GET ME TO A MANAGER AND HE WILL NOT GET ME TO MANAGER HE WAS VERY RUDE I HOPE YOU GUYS LISTEN TO CALL I WANT TO REPORT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE HE GAVE ME I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN !!!!
