Love the fragrances and diffuser, however the customer service is the worst!!! They have double billed me numerous times and trying to talk to customer service is pretty much impossible. Would never subscribe again. Will buy from Amazon or brick and mortar store.

UPDATE 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE AND THE ACTUAL APPLIANCE DOESNT WORK. THE FIRST BOTTLE STILL HAS 1/2 LEFT AND ITS FULLY CHARGED AND ON HIGH FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS! REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE...NO RESPONSE! DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Horrible company even at the ordering! AFTER I ordered then get texts from real people at the company offering major discounts. I called to try and get the discounts and credit my card for the differences. Nope...I was told sorry maybe when you make a second order discounts might be available. WOW! Then I get texts and emails MULTIPLE times a day with specials. HORRIBLE! I wasted money by paying a higher price and they think I will keep ordering. NO rather not even use the products! I sure hope I don't have issues with the appliances I did order while the oil lasts. Sad how their Shark Tank partner let's this happen! Thought that would make them more reputable...HORRIBLE business practices!

Do NOT get involved with this company! The VIP concierge service ropes you in to a contract paying interest with another company uportal 360, so that they can always claim that your issue is handled in a different department. You get shuttled back and forth, seldom getting a straight answer. Then, in attempting to close out your account, they send more product, in fact requiring your signature for delivery, so that they can claim you continue to receive products and services that you no longer want. IT IS A SCAM, using unfair tactics, which I have reported to consumer services. A Miami TV station has also been investigating their business and techniques.

I have had two devices that in less than a year had something wrong with them. The company will not respond to e-mail and they keep hanging up when you call. Try to get out of a subscription and it takes an act of god, this company needs to have law enforcement shut them down and refund money to anyone who has used their serive. BEWARE!!!!!

All the coments is this website are true. I bought the wireless pro and I had to return it multiple times for be a defective product. They change it to me for the Davinci 360 and Ive been told multiple multiple times that I had 30 days to return and cancel if a need it. Now all the information is incorrect and they lied to me multiple times including supervisors. The product is not suitable for me and Im trying to return it in 12 days. Beware. Im going to report it to the agencies and my credit card company for illegal practices, this company is fraudulent.,

SCAM ALERT - I bought the product in May, I am barely a week after their deceitful and very shady 30 day period (I have been trying to get in touch with them). They were pushy, misleading and actually lied. The product does NOT work.... they will not return my money even though I offered to send UNUSED product... SCAM. I am now forced to pay over $4000 for a broken product. What a terrible way to operate. I am not going to stop sharing my experience. I hope the attorney general does something to save others from this. They need to stand by their product and their service. Stay away.
