HORRIBLE company to work with. They never do what they say they will do and I’ve had it with them. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription several times and then they offer free samples and a reduced price and a bi-monthly schedule. The samples arrived in a used, wrinkly container, and at least two of them were leaking. A few days later, I was charged AGAIN at the regular price. ZERO communication within the company itself, which causes lost money for customers. I could give many negative examples since I made my first order six months ago. I am so done with these people. I’ll also be writing a complaint to BBB. Stay away from Aroma360. I promise you will regret it if you try to do business with them.

If I could have given zero stars I would. This company and their "sister company" the Hotel Collection have scammed me out of almost 2000 since December. I got the initial package which took a long time - a silver cylinder, two oils and a candle. I liked the candle. Not 300 worth. I immediately started attempting to cancel - one co would tell me that I needed to speak to the other - then I moved. Aroma360 has taken almost 2000 out of my account, sent all the two tiny oil bottles to my old address - it is clearly on the receipts when I pull it up and yet, when I call aroma360 who is taking the money and sending the product to the wrong place they tell me that they understand and that I am owed a total refund but they need it to come from the hotel collection - who's mailbox (email and phone) are full. Finally spoke to someone from the hotel collection today and they told me that aroma360 owes me the money. TOTAL SCAM BEWARE DO NOT BUY. I am contacting the BBB, my state's attorney general and the police.

Fragrant is great. Howeve,fulfilled my subscription obligation, cannot get in contact with anyone to cancel subscription, going on 7 month keep charging and shipping.

Wish zero stars was an option! This was the biggest waste of money, I should have read the reviews before falling for their sales pitch. Stuck in a subscription that charges $60 for a oil refill and a diffuser that stopped working before their generous 90 day warranty and they will not send me a replacement, but have no problem sending me the oil. Their customer service is atrocious!

Total Junk!! Along with Hotel Collection!! AVOID THESE TWO COMPANIES AT ALL COSTS! TOTAL RIPOFF AND A TOTAL SCAM! WHY ARE THEY EVEN IN BUSINESS? I already contacted BBB about them!

Aroma 360 is not a reliable company. I placed an order with them at a promotional discount of buy at regular price and receive the other for 80% discounted. Long story short. My order stated it was shipped to me however it wasn't. It never made it to the state I live in according to the tracking info. The company didn't seem concerned about the issue at all. After going back and forth about a replacement order, I was then told they didn't know when the items would be back in stock. Meanwhile, I requested a full refund, no response. I filed a dispute with my bank and was refunded all my money. Not to mention I had a subscription for the new item to receive monthly replacement air fresheners. They were still charging for refills when they knew I never received the device. Yes, I received my money back for those as well. They are a scam, rip off and the list goes on.

Terrible customer service. Became a subscriber expecting the service I had previously received from Hotel Collection. I was shipped 3 bottles of oil in a bubble envelope that arrived damaged. Oil was leaking inside the package. Contacted customer service to exchange the oil and did not hear back from them until I followed up with them weeks later. I won’t get into the details of the interaction, but know they are rude and unprofessional. On a previous interaction, they debuted my account twice and would have processed the transaction again if I did not refuse to provide my card number. When I informed them about what happened they seemed unconcerned and simply said that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days as if it were no big deal. Save yourself the hassle!

In a word, JOKE. Theses folks that are during advertising for this company have no shame. I was given one for Christmas, it worked all of two weeks, intermittently at that. It turns out the one he bought for himself also stopped working. This is a perfect example of how people will do anything for money, sad. I didn't even tell the person who gave it to me that it was junk for fear of hurting their good intention feelings until they told me the one they bought for themself stopped working. Looking at the other reviews it's pretty evident that these units are nothing more than JUNK, again, sad. I just got sick and tired of watching the lying deceiving TV commercials. I had to do something to possibly help the next poor sole. Getting help or refund is essentially out of the question. DON'T DO IT!
