Been seeing ads for them for a good while now. Decided to give it a try. Out the gate already one red flag after another. First the fact that within minutes of my order being submitted I get a random phone call and text message saying to call them to avoid delay in receiving my order. Very sus. Then, I contact them through their website to see what was going on with that, they tell me that my chosen sent is out of stock. Ok, if it’s out of stock, why are you still selling it and not at least letting customer know up front it’s on backorder or something UPFRONT. So I told them if they cannot fill my order in a timely manner then cancel it, all of a sudden those quick responses vanished. Look like this will be another disputed and forced refunded transaction with my bank. What I need these new companies to do is get their mess in order before they accept people’s hard earned money and have some level of accountability and customer service about them. I’d offer my services as that would fall within my background but I’m sure with issues like these they wouldn’t be able to afford my salary requirement to get them together. I’m sure they will crumble sooner or later. Update: order delivered today and still isn’t what I ordered. Ordered wireless diffuser and received a wired one and oil was leaking. Not even worth the headache of dealing with their sorry customer service to have them fix it. I just locked my card instead. They won’t be getting any more money from me.

Extremely disappointed! Oil spilled from the container before I opened it. Been on hold for orders attempting to speak with a customer service representative. Sent email about this & asked to have subscription cancelled and be refunded. Crickets!!! Cannot believe Daymond John promotes this scam company Diffuser doesn’t work well. Can’t even spell the little bit of oil that remained after the spill. Extremely disappointing!

I purchased a sample set of scents to decide which one I liked. None of the samples were any of the ones on the oil list in the website. They were tiny little perfume sample spray bottles, which was fine, but was very pricey with shipping. I did the $15 surprise gift supposed to be worth $50. It ended up being a $50 gift card that is not valid to use to purchase anything. Very disappointed, I would have bought a diffuser and purchased oils

Every shipment I have received has either been damaged or leaking through the packet. Customer service has been great with resending items however every time it shows up damaged...I am not sure if it's the carrier or at aroma360 it self when they package the item. These scents are expensive to be wasted in the package

This company is a scam. The diffuser did not work well and broke within a week. The customer service is atrocious and the representative YELLED at me and talked over me on the phone. They tried to charge be $99 to return a defective item. Not helpful. Poor Product. Poor Customer Service.

Very hard to cancel and bad customer service

Pro pods have worked fine for a couple of months and now they are leaking oil in the bottom. Stopped working and it seems like the oil has very little fragrance to it now. Very disappointed in the laundry pods as well. The pods barely smell at all. Don’t waste your money.
