This company is a mess! I would highly suggest anyone looking for a diffuser to go anywhere other than Aroma 360. The units break easily, customer service is always calling, they send out wrong items and then you are stuck returning them. I will never do business with them again. The customer service agents are kind!

This company is shady as hell. DO NOT PURCHASE. Felix and Daniel, both lied to me and they have stolen $218 of our money - claimed it as an activation fee, despite saying it was refundable within 30 days (which we returned within that time frame). They will keep you on the phone forever for the sale and as soon as they finally get the message you don't want it, GHOST you. DO NOT BUY !!! There are multiple complaints against AROMA360

If I could rate this company -10 stars I would. I’m in an ongoing dispute with the company as they are holding me to a three-year contract at $115 a month although they haven’t sent me a bottle of scent in over 13 months. When I call, I get moved around from person to person, but no one ever helps and they could not care less about me. They even are now threatening to “turn me over to collections”because I disputed the last three payments (which is as far back as Liza will allow) since I haven’t received product in over 13 months at $115 per month. They admit that they can see that I haven’t received product for 13 straight months and I have been charged for 13 straight months yet they leave me one option which is to send me the 13 missed shipments and eat it.. they astonishing me take zero responsibility and blame a “glitch” in their system, whereby they never mailed me anything. LaughableThe scam deepens as they send me back-and-forth between the billing department, a third-party called you Uportal, and aroma 360 sales. Each says the other needs to handle my problem, but neither because neither can cancel. “Contract.” I explained that they voided the contract by failing to send me product for 13 months but charging me the $1648 anyway. They disagree and claim that I am in violation of the contract because I have stopped paying. Both laughable andinfuriating. I recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. I have no idea why I agreed to a three-year contract amount to $5000 with 9% APR, but that was my first mistake! The salesperson was a fast talker had initial many things on the phone without affording to the opportunity to read or get through explanation for. I was a sucker, but not the only one as I have learned that there are many complaints being filed with the Attorney General in their home state of Florida. This makes it abundantly clear that they’re committing fraud on a regular basis with many customers.That’s what I get for being drawn to a company that had the publicity of being on Shark Tank, what a SCAM! STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE! THEY HAVE YOU SIGN A $6000 CONTRACT BEFORE YOU EVEN TRY THE SCENTS! BTW THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I TURNED ON THE PRO NIGHT 1, THE NEXT MORNING IM SO SICK WITH A LUNG INFECTION AND NOW IN THE HOSPITAL. IM DEFINITELY SUEING THE COMPANY!!! You can't access your stuff online either. Sweetest Taboo does not smell like the Aria. NEVER HAD A FRAGRANCE HURT ME LIKE THIS!

Horrible experience. I placed an order for a diffuser and the next morning, at 6:30am they started calling my phone, leaving voicemails and sent over 8 texts. Unacceptable behavior from any company especially over a diffuser. I immediately emailed them demanding to cancel. They called two more times, left another VM and sent 2 texts before I finally blocked them. Insane behavior! Do not order from them

It’s very sad I ordered a roma360 and I got in a big dead they sent me $150 every month they sent me three bottles every three months what they comment that bottle is Water has doesn’t have a smell at all I complete a couple times they sent me about the really good and then they come back and send me Water that’s what they sent people Water there’s nothing in those bottles that smells and so disappointed it throwing all this money away almost $4000

I purchased an Aroma 360 diffuser, paying close to $300.00, and it only worked for one year and never worked again. I called Aroma 360, and they shared that the plug-in version only lasts one year, but they never said that when I paid so much for it. Also, they shared that I could buy the new one that you charge it to work and without plug in, and I shared why I would do that when I paid so much money for the first one, and you should have replaced the one I had or offered a good deal to get another one. Don't tell me to buy the other upgraded version.

I wish my wife would have read these reviews before she was convinced to by a mini pro in the mall. It’s embarrassing to admit how much we paid for our first wireless pro but I think she was really pulled in by the scents which are quite nice. 3 months later it stops working and when I contacted CS they just sent a slight discount for new one (same discount on available on the website). Because we had the oils I eventually bought the much cheaper corded version and that’s when we started getting the calls and texts. When I mentioned my experience with the first one, they were apologetic and said that my room size was too big and that device should not be on all the time. The room size is completely bogus, but I did put my next pro on a timer because it was corded. Smart right? Well that one lasted 2 months and this time they did a warranty replacement. The third pro, still on the timer, just stopped working after a little over a month. All the same problem, the motor runs but nothing comes out, oil spilling over in the chamber even though the bottle is securely attached. And still getting solicited about upgrading - even if their premium devices are of better quality, which I doubt, the reliability of their basic pro is too poor to justify continued business. And their oil subscription is way too expensive. With that - I’ve been very happy with the plug-in oil diffuser from Amazon so we we are still using all the oil we originally got on that and will likely buy a few more of those to have throughout the house.
