Diffuser stopped working after 1 day! Have the oils that smell great, but can't use them with the diffuser. Customer service will not help, will not take your call. You have to leave a message and they still don't call you back!

BUYER BEWARE! Ordering over $1300 about a month ago, never received the item, never got tracking info, never got a call, text or email that my order was returned, BUT still was charged. I have called and emailed all month with emails UNresponded to from multiple reps yet 5 different people call and text you when you place an order. No one responds if something goes wrong but everyone wants to call and harass you about upgrading to another package. Spent over an hour and 45 mins on the phone to be hung up on when asked to be transferred to a supervisor after waiting for a fix for this order.

absolute nightmare. They have me locked into a monthly vip program and ive spent hours and hours on the phone with them and they never help me. My guess is that I have called them close to 100 times, not joking.

Aweful company. The diffusers break or stop working in 2-3mos tops and they lock you into a 36month agreement with broken equipment. Do not recommend at all!

This might possibly be the absolute worst company in the entire world. Please, do not buy any of their products. After months (literally) of back and forth with customer service reps who continually sent me the wrong oils for my diffuser, they still continued to charge my card after SEVERAL emails asking to cancel my account. I sent back the wrong oils because they said they would send me the right ones, they never did. And never responded after I sent everything back. The entire company is a scam and they are complete frauds. Trust me, just light a candle from homegoods. Could possibly be the worst company to exist. Pure FRAUD

Very disappointed with my Aroma360 experience. I purchased the Mini Diffuser and was so excited to use it, but just six months later, it stopped working. I was told it's out of warranty after only three months, which feels incredibly short for the price point. Customer service did try to help by sending a part to fix it, but I was also told (surprise!) that it shouldn’t be used for more than 3 hours at a time—something I wasn’t aware of, and honestly, it’s buried in the fine print. Now I’m stuck with over $140 worth of oils I can’t even use because the machine no longer works. For the money, I expected much better quality and clearer care instructions. Really disappointing experience overall.
