The company gets back to you in a timely manner. I appreciate The Arkadium Support System. I enjoy playing quite a few Arkadium games as I get bored easily and need a challenge sometimes. Olga was great! Keep up the great work. Merri Winn

The representative listen to understand…
The representative listen to understand what the issue really was. Then offered solutions that resolved the problem. If I were asked to tell others what kind of customer service I would want from any company, I would use Arkadium as a standard. Listened, focused on solving the issue, offered alternative solutions, stayed with problem until it was resolved. Very pleased.

I have had two separate experiences…

Great support from Arkadium
I encountered an issue playing Games on the AARP site. The Arkadium reps were very helpful in getting it resolved. The fix wax elusive, but hey stuck with it until it was fixed.
