I play the jigsaw, word search and crossword games daily. I would like to see newer puzzles for the jigsaw game.

Iv’e been trying to send them the videos that they want . Most WONT GO THROUGH. I resent old emails with screenshots , I’ve sent the videos from wetransfer, Google Drive to them . I tried to reach Arkadium from my G Mail , I keep getting we will get back to you within 24 hours . Two times now it’s days and no real response. Journey Match 3D still keeps getting reset (although less often this past week). Daily Awards is malfunctioning, last week I was supposed to be in the 2nd week of Diamond level .I got bumped down to Bronze level again ( at least I kept my original 72 Gems ). When I finally collected all my awards I went up the 90 Gems . Currently I'm in Silver level again ( should be in 3rd week of Diamond ). I want them to fix Journey Match 3D and fix Daily Awards. All the emails I sent I get nothing ( no will will get back to you within 24 hours , no you’re creating new tickets , no we’re fixing Journey Match , no we’re fixing Daily Awards . ÑOTHING .

I learned about Arkadium games through greatergood.com. I was intrigued that playing games could help non-profits. I started playing a few different word games: Outspell, Daily Word Search, Daily Crossword, Arkadium Fill Ins, Penny Dell Fab Fill Ins, and Stan Newman's Sunday Crosswrd. I really anjoy playing these games and some of them can be really challenging, which is fun! My interaction with Arkadium staff via email was a courteous experience. They responded quickly, and addressed my concern immediately I was completely satisfied as a customer. I am confident if I ever had a problem in the future, that Arkadium will take care of it. Fun games, courteous customer service. Win-Win!

I can't play Outspell in Expert mode!

I used to love this game, but you recently made it almost impossible to win. Fortunately, I found a better game. Good bye, Outspell.

I have never played games on my phone. I am 74, and that never appealed to me. However, I discovered Outspell and I am hooked. I love word games, crosswords, etc.

Was enjoyable for a time. But games kept failing to save and going back to beginning or earlier levels. Sometimes if only unattended for 30mins or so! The chatbot could reset to the requested level but that became tiresome to arrange each time, in between ads. Ok for casual play but disappointing and frustrating for anyone wanting to progress past boring basics.
