Hi Brian, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're very sorry to hear that we've left you feeling frustrated. We understand how discouraging it can be when an issue isn't resolved after multiple rounds of troubleshooting. All reviews here - ARE REAL. A lot of people appreciate help from Arkadium Support and we always happy to help. The screenshots and browser information we request are often essential for us to identify and reproduce issues, but we certainly don't want the process to feel endless. We'd appreciate the opportunity to take another look at your case and see if we can move it forward. I checked in our database and didn't find fresh tickets associated with your Name. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and mention your previous support requests. We'll do our best to review everything carefully and help find a resolution. We truly value your feedback and hope we can improve your experience. 🙏
