for the $4 CDN per month there are not a lot of benefits other than no ads. Also, many of the game windows are SO SMALL even on a desktop - like Hearts for example - that you cannot see your cards without a magnifier! Many of the answers in Family Feud that should be accepted are not. i.e., answer is CAP you type HAT or CAPS (plural) it says incorrect - fasten seat belts instead of seatbelts it says incorrect and gives you a strike. Needs a lot of work on the interface and accuracy of the games. You keep getting these so-called "collections" of things like postcards but there seems no point to them, you don't earn anything for getting a set. UPDATE August 18, 2022: they added full screen mode which helps with some of the games, however on games like Hearts, Bridge or crosswords you still cannot play full screen so still cannot see them! Please now get rid of these ridiculous collections like postcards. They don't earn you anything and are annoying. Also, please fix the answers on Family Feud to be more intuitive - i.e., get sick is the same as throw up! UPDATE: Aug 25, 2022 - apparently full screen was added to the Hearts game - i don't have full screen mode on Chrome or Edge I have a comments button that is new. Cards are still the size of microchips so I can't play the game because I cannot see the cards I am playing.

I have been playing @ Arkadium for a long time. Recently when I search for it, Yahoo indicated the game I play a lot had a "problem." They indicated this with a red circle and exclamation point. Google DID NOT give the same warning, so I made the mistake of playing the game through the Google search. The next day, my computer had been INVADED with some "Microsoft" Scam! The scam refers to a "problem" with your Windows Defender. I googled the so-called problem and found out about the SCAM! IF you click on it, the scammers get into your computer!!! I did not click on it. I have a question: Did this scam enter my pc through Akradium (as indicated by Yahoo as "unsafe") or through Google (which indicated the game site was "safe." I am not sure, so BE CAREFUL! I do not play at Arkadium anymore as I don't know how this proposed scam (by clicking on it to correct the problem) got into my pc, as I rarely use my pc. It could be Arkadium or Google.

I reported an inappropriate video AD on an Arkadium game. Since the link was hidden, I provided a screen shot, which showed the inappropriateness along with the link and the company name. The customer service/support asked me to "click" the AD and provide the link. Really? Why would I do that when the AD is clearly inappropriate? Then "customer service/support" told me to use another browser. This is a "browser" issue. Three more exchanges, and each time the "customer service/support" wanted me to take action. I finally got fed up, and told them I'm not paid to do their job with the information provided. The screen shot clearly showed the inappropriate content and the contained the name and address of the company in question. Arkadium "customer service/support" is inept and lazy!

Arkadium's customer service is non existant unless you mention buying a subscription. They do not show the rules of the game because their games do not follow normal rules. Where in the world can a poker player who is down to his last hundred, not even enough for the ante, win an entire pot of 12k? ALL ARKADIUM WANTS IS YOUR MONEY. Play if you don't mind being frustrated when standard rules aren't followed but NEVER subscribe.

As a member of AARP, I enjoy some R&R playing the games on line part of Arkadium. One of the games does NOT funtion & has not functioned for weeks on end. I complained to the company to fix issue & they just keep deferring it back to me stating to make some changes on my PC. It is only 1 game that does NOT work, & over the last 3 or more weeks, I keep getting emails like harassing me to address issue. This is their issue, not mine so I have requested numerous times to cease sending the harassing emails & it still persist. I tried to block sender on email BUT I do not see that option. They persist with harassing & annoying emails.
