We ordered $20,000 worth of furniture from the Arhaus in Birmingham, AL after visiting their store. The experience with getting the furniture was a nightmare. The sale associates and manager were very dismissive after we paid for the furniture as they did not seem to care when we would receive it. We were told the bed we bought would fit with an adjustable base and it did not so we had to sell the base. We have been happy so far with the furniture quality but I would not recommend the company because of customer experience with the associates and manager.

We bought a dining room table there. The sales person miscalculated the price and forgot to give us the discount and I had to go back and get it refunded. Then the table showed up and the base and the top did not match. I had to have it replaced and had the same problem. Then I sent it back and I’ve been waiting more than three weeks for the refund. I’ve called them six times and they haven’t been able to issue the refund yet. Very frustrating do not buy from this company company.

Do not be fooled by Arhaus “krypton” fabric. It does not come clean with dish soap and water like the demonstration I was given in the showroom. I purchased two sofas and eight dining room chairs 18 months ago and it looks like they are 10 years old. They also push buying the 5 year “worry free warranty” I made a claim and it was denied. Customer service is horrible. I will never buy from them again.

Bought an outdoor upholstered pouf. Upon opening saw small bugs. Immediately sealed plastic wrap and called Arhau, asked for refund. Emailed pics same day; never heard back so I called. Was given some BS about it not being processed and then it needed to go to some other company and when they got their money back I would get refund. Asked for email saying I could trash it, so that I could while waiting on refund, woman coped an attitude and went off how she wouldn’t send email. Nope-calling Amex who will cover me.

This Company names all of their chairs with the same first name, and they abbreviate them all with the same letters. Our family wanted to get us a housewarming gift, and they accidentally ordered Nomad Snow chairs when we needed Nomad Stone to match our table. NMD SN versus NMD ST. This mistake is easy to make when the company names their chairs so similarly. When we called to ask them to change the color before they even arrived to our home, they asked us to pay delivery + restocking fees. For our dining room chairs, this meant $700 just to make a color change before the chairs ever arrived because the color names were so similar !! This company is a sham !!! Nobody at customer service would help us whatsoever. All of their managers were unavailable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!! You will be very, very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Three years ago I spent thousands of dollars for furniture for our new house. Today I want to purchase a $699 ottoman and they are charging $299 for shipping. I complained to the store and to corporate. They say this is their new policy and can’t do anything about it. I will never buy from Arhaus again and will let family & friends know too.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. A lady named Sonja should never work in customer service. The first person, Sandy, that I spoke with at delivery was great, but then silence. I have been dealing with a very damaged item for 4months. Once I finally spoke to someone about it (mind you, I had received ZERO money back thus far) I was baffled by the attitude I received from Sonja. Asked for her supervisor and 2 days later and another phone call asking why I wasn’t called—I still have not spoken to the supervisor.
