Shopping at Arhaus Loft was an incredible experience from start to finish, all thanks to Matthew Martin. Matthew went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces for my home. He is remarkably kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the entire inventory. He took the time to understand my style and space without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. His warm attitude and keen eye for design made what can usually be a stressful shopping trip completely seamless and enjoyable. If you are visiting Arhaus Loft, do yourself a favor and ask for Matthew. You will be in the best hands possible! Five stars all around!

I saw all these negative reviews here so I was definitely worried about ordering from Arhaus. However, I really liked the piece so I placed an order anyway. The furniture arrived exactly on time, the delivery crew was great, and everything came out flawlessly. Same customer experience as an order from West Elm, William Sonoma, etc. Maybe they changed their internal process?

We had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail of the furniture are truly top-notch. Every piece exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed our space. The delivery service was exceptional as well. When they say “white glove delivery,” they truly mean it. The team was professional, careful, punctual, and treated our home with great respect throughout the entire process. We also needed to exchange a couple of items, and the process was completely hassle-free. Customer service was responsive, accommodating, and made everything easy. A special thank you to Mariana, our sales representative, who was outstanding throughout the entire experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. Her professionalism and dedication made all the difference. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality furniture backed by exceptional customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I have collaborated with Lauren Price at Arhaus Easton for several years across multiple projects. Lauren consistently demonstrates attentiveness to my requirements and preferences. She effectively maintains project budgets and possesses comprehensive knowledge of Arhaus's offerings. Additionally, Lauren efficiently coordinates deliveries and addresses any issues that arise in a timely manner. Lauren is a big reason why I continuously return to Arhaus time and time again.

Delivery service and bar-cabinet are top notch. Meldison & Johan were Friendly, punctual and efficient.

I had an amazing experience buying furniture from Arhaus in Palm Desert California. I worked with a designer, Bryce C. He was extremely helpful, even coming out to our home to measure our space and create full color renderings of our space with the new furniture. It really helped me to be able to make decisions which made it very easy to make decisions. Of note, the designers do not receive commissions so they are not incentivized to sell to you, but rather, to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. I became a trade partner with Arhaus after this experience because I believe in the product and the service I received so much.

Trinity and Tara at Arhaus provided an exceptional design experience from start to finish. Trinity took the time to understand my personal style and how I wanted my forever home to feel. She guided me through selecting the perfect sofa, dining table, and chairs, an end table, and a stunning rug that brought the entire space together beautifully. Tara’s rendering gave me a clear visual of the layout and ensured the room felt cohesive rather than cluttered. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made this process seamless and enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service and the relationship we’ve built along the way. If you’re searching for knowledgeable, talented, and customer‑focused professionals, I highly recommend visiting Trinity and Tara at Arhaus.

My experience was very pleasant. The product specialist that helped me select and place my order was wonderful at the International Mall in Tampa. The communication leading up to my delivery was proactive and timely. Then my delivery went smooth as silk. I had a great experience and I love the Kipton sectional that I now have in my home. I saw many negative reviews but mine was great. I would gladly recommend Arhaus to my closest friends and family.
