I ordered 6 chairs, 2 of which were the Rodin Arm chair. One of the chairs arrived broken. It took 3 days for someone to get in contact with me, only to tell me that I need to purchase the replacement chair first because their system wouldn’t allowed them to used funds that already paid for the damage chair to go towards the replacement and they would need to refund me the money back to my credit card and that would take 7-10 business days to see the refund. I then have to schedule the delivery of the replacement and that will take 7 days for it to get to the local warehouse and then someone will get in contact with me for home delivery within 5-7 business days. Arhaus is of a luxury brand furniture but obviously the furniture is of poor quality and the customer service is poor.

They get your money and check out
For how expensive this furniture is you would think they could afford decent customer service training. If anyone at Arhaus actually cares, please hire a customer service leader that knows what they are doing. I followed up with customer service after radio silence for more than a month and got ZERO acknowledgement of the delay followed up with a curt, unhelpful response. This was related to missing parts on the furniture that was delivered. Daniele is completely phoning it in over there and it reeks of mismanagement.

Arhaus communication and customer…
Arhaus communication and customer support is terrible. Their show room is very good although the staff is often dismissive of customers. Quality good
I had a billing dispute and my credit card did a charge back and found in my favor. Unknown to me Arhaus had circumvented the cc procedure and started to bill me direct. I took the charge back off. However, Arhaus won’t stop billing billing me!I explained all this in a written form to Arhaus and they won’t relent although they have been paid. This is harassment

Weight of furniture is unnecessary and deceptive
Wife found Arhaus store in Timonium Md. which is closest to York, PA. After much searching for bedroom furniture wifey found a highboy dresser and night stands in the color and style she liked. The price, even though it was on sale, by comparison for this obvious foreign made furniture was still extremely expensive. Our in store experience was positive, salesperson was knowledgeable enough and helpful. They had a zero finance plan for 2 years that made the extremely high price more palatable until our Bitcoin catches up to pay it off.
My 47 year career background owning and running a kitchen and bath business, I know about cabinetry construction manufacturing and quality. Here is where it gets interesting......
We placed our order in April, our furniture was manufactured in June, it was delivered in November..guess we had to wait for the container to be shipped from who knows where? Regardless, we had the pieces delivered and the delivery process was by all means was a great experience. We tipped the chaps who delivered it as the pieces, get this...ready?? weighed a combined weight between 2 night stands and highboy dresser, 675lbs!!! Yes you heard me, 675lbs!!
Our main bedroom on the second floor was being renovated and we were unable to have them place it there so we stored these pieces in a first floor room. I thought to myself, how on earth am I going to get these pieces to the 2nd floor when the time comes?
Well, the time has come to move them, common sense says, first take the drawers out, correct? I did that, took some discovery as the slow-close slides need unscrewed to release the drawers...no big deal. I did the night stands first, this is when I found the reason the friggin' items weigh so much.. Get this there is a full 1" thick slab of granite boxed in plywood the full size of the back panels screwed and glued into the nightstands and highboy to give it that "EXPENSIVE FEEL"! Come on people.. is that necessary? That is deceptive advertising in my book........So, I took the friggin' slabs out just so I could move the pieces. Still took 2 strong individuals lots of grunting and moaning to move them.
The furniture pieces in all are fair quality even without the slabs of stone glued into it to make it super heavy and "FEEL" expensive......it's definitely not necessary.
Time will tell to see if these pieces hold up but I hope I never have to move them again!

Inferior Quality and Customer Service
I was completely surprised by the lack of quality and follow up customer service I received on my most recent Arhaus acquisition . I purchased the Hampton outdoor dining table (grey) in June. Within three days, it started to bubble and the the grey finish flaked off. I had initially assumed the finish was through and through, but apparently it’s a layer of finish that is applied.
I contacted customer service and initially they were willing to replace no problem. However, when it was discovered that there my table was not in stock, that’s when the headaches began. I had agreed to accept the same table, but in the natural tone finish, thinking that perhaps that would be better in this case to prevent any kind of flaking. They were willing to make that swap, but we’re going to charge me an extra $1800 because the natural tone was more expensive and the sale that I purchased it under Had ended.
I asked the problem to The corporate operations manager. He stood by the price differential staying that the natural tone was considered a different collection. Refusing to accept their resolution, he escalated to the VP of product development and quality. She granted him special dispensation to make the exchange at no additional cost to me.
Arhaus generally has a reputation for extremely well-made furniture and good customer service. This experience proved to be quite the opposite.

We ordered $20,000 worth of furniture…
We ordered $20,000 worth of furniture from the Arhaus in Birmingham, AL after visiting their store. The experience with getting the furniture was a nightmare. The sale associates and manager were very dismissive after we paid for the furniture as they did not seem to care when we would receive it. We were told the bed we bought would fit with an adjustable base and it did not so we had to sell the base. We have been happy so far with the furniture quality but I would not recommend the company because of customer experience with the associates and manager.

Do not buy the Nika dining table
Do not buy the Nika dining table. Absolutely ridiculous. You cannot push chairs in on the sides. The base has a major design flaw which does not allow for the chairs to slide in. I’m sure they were well aware as it was sold on sale. It’s really disappointing. I wanted a large table for family gatherings and now I have a large table that can seat 4.

Not a professional company!!
In April 2023, I received three pieces of furniture from this company. The sofa purchase was wrinkled, and I requested a new piece to be delivered. The company sent a technician to my home who confirmed that there was no way to steam out the wrinkles. I emailed them photos as well. They agreed to replace a piece of the sofa, and I verified the color match using a fabric they sent to my home. Around mid June, I received an email confirmation stating that my item is being shipped within 10 days. It has been well over one month, and there has been no shipment delivery from UPS. I called the delivery scheduling team several times and also sent emails regarding my delivery status. I have yet to receive a tracking number or a call-back from their delivery team.
