The customer service person on the phone couldn’t have been more wonderful! Made the transaction easy. It’s been several months now and I still remember the transaction because it was a rare surprise!

You will not be disappointed
I was very skeptical, although I did a lot of research and found that this would be the best choice in water filters. The glass carafe that comes with the filter I believe is what allows the water to get extremely cold in the refrigerator and it tastes like absolute cold nothing which is what water should taste like to me. I am extremely impressed by this filter and I’m hoping I feel this way for a long time to come. I’ve had it for about a month now I think you’ll be very pleased if you decide to purchase it.

We were shipped the wrong filters
We were shipped the wrong filters. This is the second time out of two orders that this has happened. On each occasion the customer support team did a great job of correcting the problem and arranging for the correct filters to be shipped. A return shipment label was provided but I still had to go 30 minutes out of my way on each occasion to find a drop off point for the incorrectly shipped filters. The products are good the customer service is good but the fulfilment is embarrassing.
