This is such an amazing product
This is such an amazing product. I have limestone in my well water. I used to have to boil water and wait for the sediment to fall to the bottom before pouring a cup of tea. no more doing that. there's no limestone left in my water after filtering it. it's amazing. I can drink water now!!

Returns processed quickly
Returns processed quickly. I did not like flavor of filtered water. Disolved water test showed increase in filtered water. Other than thst remaining dip stick test showed no difference between filtered and tap water.

I do NOT recommend!
I purchased the countertop carafe RO filtration in April 2026. Worked fine for just over 3 months. Then not hydrating us and then a taste. Instructed to change the VOC filter that is supposed to last a year. AquaTru sent a free filter. 2 weeks later the water is again not hydrating us and leaves a film in our mouth. The test strip said QAC/QUAT was a little high (I tested straight into the pitcher that had several fills of filtered water). Called the company, they recommended the mineral additive even after I reiterated that we have used RO water for decades and attend to minerals already. We have gone back to filling jugs at the health food store, and we all feel so much better than in months!!

My counter reverse osmosis stopped…
My counter reverse osmosis stopped working. I clean it regularly with the Aquatru product. Very disappointed with this unit. I read the reviews and was willing to spend the money on this system. Looking for other options now.
