This water filtration is exactly what I was looking for. Set up with easy and having fresh, filtered water is easy. The filtering process to make a pitcher of water is relatively quick. The water tastes great. Glad I made the switch to this system.

I love the taste of this water, its very clean! The only downfall is constantly dumping and refilling the filter container. I have the larger countertop one, I keep it next to the sink so easy to refill, but you have to dump first. It doesn't hold as much water as I would like it to, but overall I am very happy with it because of the quality of water, and that was the reason for purchase.

The replacement reverse osmosis filter arrived in a timely manner and was the correct one. We have been using the aquatru machine for a couple of years and have been amazed at how long the filters last. We make filtered water every day with our well water so we use it a lot. The filtered water is wonderfully tasty.

Was sent a new machine when my old one broke After many long moments on the phone with customer service. The new Machine barely filters any water at a time was told it I needed to do a descaling. TO A SUPPOSED BRAND NEW MACHINE. so I did it and it was still having the same issue. They they say itwas the RO filter but after I got off the phone I installed a brand new RO filter and it’s still just as slow. I called back and they said I need to do the descaling AGAIN. What a scam
