We were thinking of getting Aquatru water filtering system but could not make up our mind as to which one. When we called initially, we talked to Customer Care Rep Daniel and he walked us thru the system in detail and gave us a few days to make our decision. He even gave us his ext #139 so we would talk to him direct and he e-mailed us a tentative invoice to confirm. Daniel was very patient, courteous and professional. We decided on Aquatru Classic over the counter and called back again. This time we asked for him and the another rep, Manuela said that there is no one by that name working for them! We had hard time to have our order processed and every step was like a road block. All your shipments are with Free Shipping and she was adding on extra charges with every step! We told her that we have an e-mail from Daniel with a tentative invoice that there are no extra charges but she made it sound like we were telling a lie!. We did get AquaTru classic in two days and are very happy with it. The water quality is absolute phenomenal and water does taste so good. It barely takes 13 minutes to filter one tank of water. The installation was very easy and felt like we just knew how to do it. Big thanks to Daniel. He helped us a lot. Wish you had more reps like him.

The water is amazing. I’ve owned other water filtration devices but this one I can actually see the water difference from my tap water to the filtered. Love it.

Water taste so delicioso! I drink more water.. less tea.... not that tea is bad, but the water is soo good and I prefer like this for now... the filtering process is faster then I though.... I was afraid initially to break the glass jar... not to say that its unbreakable but solid enough.. ans thats coming from someone who break stuff constantly... maybe im more carful :) but anyway Im very happy with the purchase! I order it from Aquatru... it look cheaper on AZ but after the 1st time purchase rebate I think it comes even cheaper then AZ! highly recommended! I had it for approx a month now.

I'm loving this water filter. I can actually taste the difference from the plastic water filter that i was using. I read that its better to use glass instead of plastic as microplastics could be a health issue. This is a great alternative and the water tastes so pure
