I purchased an ice pack but the shipping took too long and there was some browning. I'm guessing it's because the dept of ag here held it up. Mylar bubble wrap bags would help keep them cool. Even just wrapping it in mylar would help. Either way, I have happy fish.

Most items in my order were correct and arrived in good condition however there was a small mishap with shipping me a wrong plant that their costumer service wasnt to helpful with. However I think I would consider ordering from them again.
